Le Village Buffet at the Paris has a great breakfast buffet. The line can be a little long, especially if you wait until later in the morning. They have everything you can imagine. Made to order omelets, great pancakes, plenty of breakfast meats - my favorite was the Bavarian sausage. It may be on the pricey side, but you definitely can get your money's worth here.

I only ate here for breakfast, but it was really good. I had the crepes and eggs benedict. Both were excellent. They buffet has tons of items to choose from and all of the server are super friendly.

Le Village is one of our favorite buffets in Vegas. Selection is great and the food is better than average even for Vegas. Don't miss the crepes! The setting is very cleverly done & feels almost like the real thing.

Recently, Paris added an "all you can drink" option (covering beer & wine only) as well, -- juices, coffee, tea and soft drinks are included.

The lines can be pretty long so plan ahead.....and don't be surprized to find lots of "line-jumping" -- it seems that patient waiting may NOT be a common trait for some Pacific Rim visitors.

This Buffet was delicious. It has lots of fresh choices and the chefs are preparing specialties everywhere. You feel like you are outside at a "large" Cafe in Paris at night. The choices are unbelievble! Everyone could find something special here. If you can, try to request a table in one of the off to the side rooms. You feel like you are in a Pariasian Farmhouse, and it is more quiet. Two comments, where the food is, and most of the tables, it can get noisey and crowded. Also was disappointed with the desserts. They were "basic" and not what I have eaten when in Europe. I was looking for Cream Puft and Eclairs! But an excellent choice if you are with people who have lots of different tasts.

We went for the Sunday Morning Breakfast Buffet and were extremely disappointed. The buffet selection was sparse as well as uninspired. The hot food items were cold. The hostess/waitstaff was unfriendly and somewhat surly. Even getting cream for our coffee was a painful process. If they were trying to emulate the stereotypical rude French waitstaff attitude....they nailed it!

I would suggest walking across the street to the Bellagio buffet.
