Description: The Steak House has recently been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. The Steak House has been thrilling diners with it's top grade meats served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 34 years. The Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls. The room is rich with dark woods, diamond tufted red leather booths, creating a cozy den-like ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or wild rice blend.

A wonderful dining experience at The Steakhouse. Meal quality and quantity were of great value. We ordered the prime rib, rib eye and porterhouse steak. Meals came with generous side options. Service was great, we would definitely recommend for a nice dinner out in Vegas!

My wife and I ate here at the end of our Vegas trip and it was honestly the only real good food we had during the vacation. This is an old-school steakhouse experience, but without the stuffy dress code (smart casual is accepted, so just don’t wear flip flops and tank tops and you’ll probably be fine). You could easily see the Rat Pack eating at this place, or at least Don Draper from “Mad Men”.

The smell of the steak smoking room is intoxicating. All the workers were great. The bartender mixed wonderful drinks. My wife ordered a filet mignon and I had a NY strip: both steaks were cooked to order and very juicy. We also had really solid garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus spears.

As with any classic steakhouse, it’s going to cost you money, but excellent food and service is worth the cost. Make sure to budget for the tip as the staff deserve a good one. This place is really too nice to be stuck in the bowels of Circus Circus, but don’t let the surroundings outside keep you from visiting.

The Steak House is an absolute hidden gem in Las Vegas. Don’t let the stroll through the arcade at Circus Circus fool you, this steak house is fabulous. Let me start with Felix and his assistant. Service was fabulous. No leaf unturned. While we didn’t order cocktails, our water glasses were filled often and received plenty of attention. Next the salads. A beautiful array of fresh vegetables with perfect presentation on a chilled plate. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Chef’s vegetable was steamed asparagus. I ordered the baked potato and it was fresh and steaming hot. My husband ordered the mashed potatoes and it was quite a generous portion. Now for the best part: all of this for a most reasonable price with a basket of assorted fresh breads and last, but not least some Andes candies served on a doily on a plate. I’m all about presentation and beside being served some superb food, it was visually delicious.
This is the beginning of a tradition: The Steak House and Vegas.

At here tonight and had a great meal. Had a prix fixe offering for $45. Had a 6oz filet and lobster corn chowder with cappuccino creme brûlée. Everything was very good. The only complaint was smoke from the adjacent casino crept into the non-smoking restaurant.

I was a little worried traveling into Circus Circus for a steak dinner. From the parking garage to the restaurant is just so trashy. However the Steak House was worth it. Total old school. The waiters were very nice and the food was an A+. I would return in a heartbeat to have dinner, but in and out, the casino and hotel itself needs a ton of work.
