Description: The Steak House has recently been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. The Steak House has been thrilling diners with it's top grade meats served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 34 years. The Steak House also features a glass enclosed dry aging locker. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home. Rural-themed paintings adorn the green walls. The room is rich with dark woods, diamond tufted red leather booths, creating a cozy den-like ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or wild rice blend.

This was an Outstanding!!!!! meal. Not inexpensive but very well worth every penny

The bone in prime rib was one of the best steaks I have ever had. Bar none and I believe that is saying something coming from the Midwest.

Having lived in Vegas for thirty years, the husband and I finally decided to try The Steakhouse. As other reviewers have mentioned, just ignore the smoky walk through the casino. The Steakhouse is old school in style and decor, but clean and well-maintained. The service that we received was excellent; the hostess, busser, and server were all friendly, courteous and well-trained in how to make us feel valued as customers. I'm a vegetarian, and they were very accomodating and eager to take care of me; I was able to dine very nicely with a tasty fresh house salad and a vegetarian platter of fresh steamed carrots and a fluffy rice pilaf. Husband had a ginormous prime rib with a decent sized baked potato and steamed carrots. His prime rib was cooked perfectly, was juicy and very flavorful. He loves his Prime RIb, and we had plenty to bring home for leftovers. The side dishes were well done, thoughtfully prepared, and attractively presented. No room for dessert. All in all, this is a nice steakhouse with very good food and excellent service. I would happily return here.

This is an out of the way location within the Circus Circus facility. The restaurant has great atmosphere and provided excellent service.
Don't be swayed by the walk through the stinky casino. Put on your nose plug and press on to the Steakhouse...it's worth it.

Based on trip advisor reviews, I made the trip over from Venetian with collegues while in town for conference. Atmosphere, service, selection and prices on par with high end steakhouse. Unfortunately the steak was average at best (I had filet cooked medium which was tough and lacking in flavor, while college noted the thickness of his ribeye varied so much that the done-ness was very uneven. Not even close to being as good as Ruths Chris which I'm sure many would argue isn't the best steakhouse. If you're staying at Circus Circus, you might want to give it a try, but if not, save yourself the walk or cabfare and eat somewhere else.

Now, for the best bone-n-ribeye this is a must visit. The staff, decor and atmosphere was excellent to match. We shared a steak and the set-up for the second person was just $10 included salad and veggie. Can't say enough good, just saying.....TRY-IT
