“The tastes were outrageously delightful!”
Reviewed October 7, 2012

Having jus arrived in Las Vegas we went there for a late lunch and got to sit out side on their patio. It was a fun setting with the hustle and bustle of the strip going by..I now know why some reviewers have liken it to sitting on a blvd in Europe. Shasha was our waitress and if you have a chance to pick your server please request her and you will not be unhappy with that choice. She was able to help these french novices to make the right choices.

As much of a foodie as we are, I have to honestly say that we haven't had too good of luck when it comes to going to French Restaurants and trying their food.. Mon Ami was an all together different experience for us.

I know you truly french food experts are saying you don't know beans or is it crepes! as to what french cooking really is if you think Mon Ami is a true test.. You are probably 99% correct in that statement but all I know is what our palate told us. And that was some marvelous tastes came out of their kitchen.

We started out with a Hot brie/peppered honey carmelized onions, along with garlic and hazelnuts, and three slices of toasted bread. Hmmmm good. We are hooked on olives...so we ordered their Olive Jar too extra good! We split a Lobster roll and sipped on some of the best savignon blanc wine we have had anywhere! voila we enjoyed this french visit immensely. We look forward to try again some other french restaurants in the future. Voila

“Just deliscious!”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

We are visiting Las Vegas for 1 week and heard such good things about Mon Ami so had to visit! I reserved a table online around an hour before we visited as it always looked so so busy! When we arrived we were given a pager and told to stay close and waited around 5-10 minutes which wasn't bad. There was an hour to an hour and a half wait for patio seating! We were lucky enough that our table was right on the patio which gave amazing views of the Bellagio fountains!! We ate the pâté and I had lemon chicken which was to die for and others had classic steak with peppercorn sauce. The food was so so deliscious and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend!

“The view is better than the food”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

Reservation was for 8pm- arrived at 7.45pm and waited just over an hour for a table on the patio. Prices are reasonable for this part of the strip. Food is above average but nothing special; menu could have more authentic french dishes but the focus seems to be on steaks and frites. Would go again for the view and ambience of sitting out on the patio, otherwise, there are better places in Vegas.

“Breakfast is fab”

Very nice food and a pleasant change from the buffets. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant is a pleasure to be in, sitting outside is especially nice watching the world go by.

“Great Experience”
Reviewed October 5, 2012

Worth waiting 20 mins for a table! Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was great and so was the food. The croissant sandwich and salmon eggs benedict are a must! Washed down with a few mimosas it was an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend and go back.
