Owner description: Rock of Ages, the "insanely fun" (Time Out New York) worldwide smash hit musical featuring a raucous mix of 28 eyebrow-scorching tunes, is now rocking nightly at The Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Set in L.A.'s infamous Sunset Strip in 1987, Rock of Ages tells the story of Drew, a boy from South Detroit and Sherrie, a small-town girl, both in L.A. to chase their dreams of making it big and falling in love. Rock of Ages takes you back to the times of big bands with big egos playing big guitar solos and sporting even bigger hair! This hilarious, feel-good love story celebrates the great rock songs of the '80s including such sing-out-loud songs as "Every Rose Has Its Thorn," "I Wanna Know What Love Is", "Here I Go Again", "Don't Stop Believin'", and more. Parental Advisory Rock of Ages is all about having a good time but you should be aware that some of the costumes, dancing and language might not be appropriate for kids under the age of 14 (kids under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult). Remember, if you do bring them, they'll get to see you rockin' like you did back in the day! AGE LIMIT Under 14 Must Be Accompanied By An Adult Under 5 Will Not Be Admitted Into The Theatre

Definitely recommend to anyone to see Rock of Ages at the Venetian. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. The lead female seemed to be trying a bit to much somewhat overacting. The rest of the cast sounded so fanatic!

The musical "Rock of Ages" we saw in Las Vegas was great entertainment! Similar to the recent movie, there were some fun and sometimes silly little twists to the show. It kept us both laughing and smiling as we heard all the great music, singing, and dancing. There was even an 'after-party' held at the 'Bourbon Room' in the hotel with Marvelless Mark hosting it. Great times!

This is by far my favorite show in Vegas! It is not for younger kids! Our group ranged in ages from 40 to 65 and we all loved it! The energy of the cast is outstanding! I did not see the movie first which does not matter!

If you like 80's rock, big hair, laughter and great presentation check out Rock Of Ages show at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Well worth the $75.00 ticket, be sure to pick them up at Tix for Tonite on the strip, there are 6 locations

We had so much fun at Rock of Ages. Definitely not for kids even though I'm pretty sure I saw some as we were going in. Awesome tunes. Out of all the shows we saw, Rock of Ages is the only one I would go see again and again. Great interaction with the audience. We went to the after party at the Bourbon Room. That was a lot of fun as well. They play 80's tunes with the music videos playing on big TV screens on the wall. There is a host dressed up like an 80's rocker who gets people up and dancing. Tons of fun! Definitely recommend it!
