A lovely tasting hamburger. Portions were large and service was excellent. Would have no hesitation eating here again.

“Believe the hype”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

I had my doubts, as I do with any celebrity chef restaurant, which are usually all hype and no substance. The menu here is surprisingly small -- maybe 20 items total? The burgers don't have your typical toppings, but what they do have is pretty amazing. One thing that is just silly about the place is the drinks menu is on an iPad that is set in front of you while the waiter or waitress is standing there. They seem to have a fair selection of beers, not all of which were familiar to me, but being forced to read descriptions while the waiter waited for his iPad back was just annoying enough that I wound up pointing to the table next to us and saying "I'll have one of those." This is definitely an instance of where technology does NOT improve on an experience.

“Amazing food but.................A Very bad manager”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

so this past week all four of us decided to go to BurGr because we had all heard great things about it and wanted to check it out before we went to Steak the next night.. we all agreed that the food was just to die for...We started with the Jalapeno poppers and the server tells you that one of them will contain the seeds and stems that make it super hot inside..then we had an order of the sweet Maui onion rings and OMG!!!!!!! these were to diiiie for we ended up ordering another order. Then we had the truffle Parmesan cheese fries and these too were just to die for yum yumm yumm... all of these came with this amazing ran dipping sauce that I cannot stop tasting.
we then each ordered the Burgers , I had the Euro Burger and the rest had the American burgers but a few people modified them to their liking.. Our server was amazing she was spot on and so very bubbly . The only issue we had and it really did impact our opinion on the place was the Manager Benji... He had come out to help our server to bring us our burgers and three times got the burgers wrong .. my bf tried to joke about it and the manager said nothing but scowled at him and left, The rest of our time there was very uncomfortable because Benji The Manager kept looking at my bf from The Kitchen , The front desk or anywhere he could shoot him so nasty looks. We at one point also could hear him give our server a hard time over "her making him look bad" . I think Ramsey needs to take a look at this Manager and look at axing him if that's how he's going to be towards the clients and staff.

“Higher prices but good value”
Reviewed June 14, 2013

Price - around $15 per burger - add sides and you are looking in the mid 20 range
Food - The burgers were good - certainly some different options than you get at other places - the one with the goat cheese was good as was the one with the jalapenos (hot but not overly hot). The sides are good and come with some different options (like powdered sugar on sweet potato fries) - we had the onion rings, regular and sweet potato fries - all good.
Drinks - They have a bunch of options with beer and cocktails but we mostly stuck with water so I can't give you much on these.
Service - nothing special - took a little time to get to us and the wait to get the food was a little long as well but nothing horrible. I would put it on par with most restaurants in this group.
Value - if you want a fast, cheap burger then go to In-N-Out but comparing this to other restaurants in casinos I would say this is pretty good.

“Lives up to the name”
Reviewed June 13, 2013

Firstly our waitress was great. She seems to be very well trained in all the etiquette of the job. They have all the drinks list on an ipad that they leave at the table for you to pick. Pretty cool. They have few cocktails to choose from the menu but everything seemed to unique and we ordered couple. Both were awesome. The burgers are the one of the best I have ever tasted. Perfectly done. Highly recommend for anyone. Not too pricey for the name. About $70 for two people with couple of drinks, burgers and appetizers.
