It didn't start too well because the price has significantly increased in comparison to earlier years and the buffet is no longer part of the 24HR buffet pass. Once we were in though we were rewarded with a nice atmosphere, great service and a massive variety of high quality food! We did not feel rushed and our drinks were always topped up. Definitely give this buffet a go!

“Tons of MEDIOCRE options”
Reviewed June 8, 2014 via mobile

We JUST left this buffet - do not go waste $55 pp to eat mediocre food. Our group was excited to try the buffet especially with as much hype as it gets - we went at about 3ish and waited 15 minutes. The staff seems disorganized when you get to the head of the line. Our table was fine and server nice - however, she forgot several time who ordered which drink or who wanted ketchup, for example. Chinese food was probably the best thing there. Crab legs were also tasty - every other dish seemed bland. Most of my party commented on the overcooked meats and some veggies were undercooked. Def not worth the money - go someplace else!

“At Caesars palace. It great”
Reviewed June 8, 2014

The buffet is really spectacular. The days of cheap food in Vegas are long gone replaced by these elaborate buffets. They had about anything you could want as far as food is concerned. All kinds of sea food, asain food, American food, Indian food, sushi, amazing desserts. We purchased the 24 hour buffet package. It's $75 pp on the weekend and you can go to all the Caesars properties such as Paris, flamingo, Ballys, Quad, Rio. The only problem is the buffets stop service at 10pm and not all of their properties have buffets. We found that Paris and Ballys share a buffet.

“You won't regret eating here.”
Reviewed June 7, 2014

This is by far the best buffet I have ever eaten at. The design of the place alone was impressive. It definitely did not look like your typical sleazy buffet, but more like an upscale, yet approachable lounge. The lighting is rather dim and soft so you won't feel like a spotlight is on you if you decide to pig out. The food was impeccable. I didn't taste one thing that was even mediocre. The dessert buffet was amazing and had every favorite dessert a person could think of there. I loved the fact that it wasn't a typical soft served ice cream with some toppings type of dessert selection. In fact, they even had a gelato station! I went over to the Bellagio and toured their buffet and it was a joke compared to this one. If you are looking for a quality dining experience, then this is your go to place. If you're just desperate for food, then the prices will probably turn you off. (Tip: If you want to have a brunch experience here at the lowest possible cost, come to the buffet at about 10:30 and you will be able to enjoy some breakfast and at 11:00 they will put out the food for lunch. This way you can two different dining experiences while paying just the breakfast price (the lowest price).

“Not worth the money”
Reviewed June 6, 2014 via mobile

June 5th 2014. My wife and I were excited to visit the Bacchanal buffet, because we heard it was by far the best in Vegas. After waiting in line for about half an hour, we were seated and could checkout the buffets. We always take small portions, so we can try a lot and dont get filled with just a few items. After the first round, we were disappointed, this was definitly not the best buffet we had in Las Vegas. The sushi rice was too chewy, not fresh enough, some asian noodles way too spicey, all kinds of vegetables were undercooked, potato tots weren't crisp anymore, I had different kinds of meat and wasn't impressed. The ribs had to be chewed instead of falling of the bone, the brisket was fat but was cooked right, the other meats managed to be just a meager oké. The crab legs were fine, just as some of the desserts, such as lava cake and the red velvet dessert. A lot of the icecream on display just wasn't available. Overall we paid far too much for this, at it's best mediocre buffet. We had a lot better buffets/meals for 55 dollar a person ex gratuity. So I would not recommend this buffet, it isn't worth the money or the wait.
