Being a hotelier and a foodie and a fan of Gordon Ramsey this was a must when we decided to visit Las Vegas we booked it weeks before we went, firstly when we arrived we were told to wait at the side of the casino whilst they checked if our table was ready we both thought that was odd with a restaurant of this calibre surely they should have a waiting area, secondly we went to our table neither of us felt comfortable it felt like an extra table added to maximise revenue it was at the top of a flight of stairs that the only view you had was straight into a staff still area so was a major distraction, then when we asked to move we went downstairs which was very noisy. The ambience really wasn't what we expected we had researched it and it was described as fine dinning and a typical English restaurant, well were English and have to disagree an English fine dinning restaurant would have table cloths, food was faultless, service was great but surroundings were noisy and Miller and Carter style at most. As I said and we both agree food was amazing but whole experience and value for money would we go back no sorry Gordon we wouldn't but will try Petrus for a true fine dinning experience
