“No slots, thank goodness!”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

In an area where even the airport has slot machines, it is refreshing to stay in a hotel without a row of slots when one first walks in. In fact, the lobby of this hotel is quite awesome and the service was wonderful as were the rooms. Although the hotel couldn't be very new, everything was in new condition and we had a great view from our 26th floor room. Our only criticism was the cleaning staff who could not speak enough English to understand we did not want our room cleaned, just a fresh box of Kleenex.. We even had the housecleaning supervisor call when we asked the second time for Kleenex explaining we weren't due to have our room cleaned! We finally had to point to the Kleenex to get our message through. Also the prices in the hotel deli were outrageous ($6.45 for a Stouffers Lean Cuisine!) But a great hotel, nevertheless.

Room Tip: Rooms not facing the strip have a better view and are quieter.

We stayed 2 nights and LOVED the property. We had the one bedroom with King and full kitchen. Our total bill, for both nights, with the parking and taxes was under $250. It was a great deal. Even though this is a "vacation club" we were never solicited for the timeshare. We were invited to the "welcome center for some coupons" and we declined. the room is new and spotless. Very high end. the only negative is the location is at the end of the strip down by the closed Sahara. This was not a problem for us because we had a car. but if you fly into Vegas and didn't have a car, you'll have to be prepared to take the bus, tram or taxi up and down the strip.
the property has a small pantry and pizza place. Next door is a CVS which has a really good selection of provisions. (bread, milk, alcohol, chips, etc.)

We liked the fact that we were not staying in a casino. It is really nice to go back to the hotel and "get away from it all".

Overall this is a property that we highly recommend.

The property itself is up to HGV standards - very friendly staff, clean, large rooms, beautiful pool and fitness facilities. The food and drinks at the pool bar (The Waves) was good and it was nice to be able to relax in the sun for awhile. We walked up the strip the first two days since the weather was so nice but it is a hike, we were exhausted. There is a bus stop out front of the hotel and would recommend this route over all of the walking. We did switch to the bus but couldn't find the stop near The Wynn and still ended up walking back.

The Spa is a little expensive but I tried the Reflexology massage for my aching feet and calves and it was amazing. I was very sore from a lot of walking the previous two days and this cured it. The Spa facilities are very nice as well and can be used for the entire day of any treatment.

We are Elite Owners with HGV and used the Elite Lounge for breakfast which was great Thursday and Friday but absolutely packed with not enough food or space to go around on Saturday.

I would definitely stay here again but would stick with weekdays and plan to use the bus more.

Room Tip: Higher floors have a great view of the mountains and some of the strip.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and accomadating. The room was relatively spacious and clean. Enjoyed the swimming pools . Excellent location, so close to the Strip attractions. Look forward to my next visit!

We are vacation club owners and Hilton Diamond members. We travel weekly for work and always stay Hilton. This is our first stay at this property and we were extremely pleased with the service, the quality and the friendly staff. It's what we have come to expect and we are rarely disappointed. I would not recommend this property for the Vegas visitor who wants to be right in the thick of things, but for us being at the far North end of the strip was perfect.

Tranquil spot away from the craziness on the strip with huge apartments a virtual supermarket with light meals down stairs and a great pool area. Super spot for families especially, would stay again! It also has a huge cvs next door for restocking any major supplies.

Room Tip: Non smoking floor!

Stayed here with 3 friends during Late august, this hotel was great, btw if you are 19+ even better you can check in here as its a hassle finding quality places in vegas that check in 18+
The room was superb, had a great spacious kitchen, living area was great with fold out sofa and bedroom has a large bed, accommodated all four of us.
Amazing price for the quality of the room.
Only downside is the shop downstairs is quiet expensive and its a bit of a walk to the main attractions and hotels.
Great parking facility too, was under $12 a day
WIll definitely use this hotel again.
