We stayed here for a week and were really impressed with the facilities and service. It added a real home from home feel to stay here rather than staying somewhere more central to the strip, as i've stayed in those hotels before and you get a different vibe doing it this way. You feel like you're getting away from the hubbub, which can be nice in Las Vegas. The suite was well stocked and very clean. Would recommend to anyone who would prefer a bolt hole in Vegas rather than the 24/7 Vegas strip experience.

We just returned from Las Vegas and this hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel and we really enjoyed it. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen (a great amenity in Las Vegas so you don't have to rush out in the morning to find breakfast). The suites are very well appointed (granite countertops!) and very comfortable. The staff is excellent. Each time we returned to the hotel they greeted us with a "Welcome Home". At first we thought maybe we should have stayed at one of the more prestigious hotels in the center of the strip but decided that it was nice to return to a quiet comfortable place away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the center of the strip. We had a rental car but if you don't the bus service is very convenient and the buses run very frequently. The marketplace downstairs is nice for a quick bite or to buy a soda. There is now a CVS next door which is very convenient. The concierge staff booked shows for us for each night of our stay - for each show we had fabulous seats - usually center orchestra! The only downside is that this end of the strip really shows the effects of the economic crisis. There are empty lots all around and a partially finished building across the street. However, this does not detract from the experience at the property and should not deter anyone from staying at this home away from home.

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, September 2012, and we were both impressed. The one bedroomed suite was one of the best we've stayed in.Fair sized living area, full kitchen including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, and one of the biggest fridge freezers we've ever had in any apartment.
On the down side, was the location. A bit too far north of the main hotels area, although the bus service stopped right outside the door, and at $7 for 24 hours, was value for money at it's best.

As a hotel its very good - large well-equipped rooms - fairly good wifi - big TVs - wide range of channels - no movies but there is a small library of DVDs downstairs. The shop is fairly well-equipped but not much variety - a minor gripe they kept adding pickles to everything when I specifically asked them not to as I have allergies. The pool area is very good but suffers from the usual over loud music - most of the users were not MTV generation.
we had some issues with maintenance which were not resolved - a damaged dishwasher door which was probably not electrically safe and a washing machine with faulty lock that came open while running depositing water on the floor - luckily we were in at the time. Both were reported but not resolved.
The rooms are air-conditioned but this does not clear cooking smells which persisted all week.
The hotel is a significant distance from the centre of the strip but the bus stops outside and cabs are nearly always available - cabs this time seemed very expensive for short journeys.

Room Tip: We were given a disabled room as we arrived early. It had some notable features that were not suitab...

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback and your experience while you were a guest with us. We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, fully functioning room to all of our guests upon arrival. I apologize that this was not the case during your stay. If you would be kind enough to let us know your room number I can send in our Chief Engineer to make sure the challenges have been corrected. We can also see where the breakdown was and coach our team members accordingly. I will also speak with our F&B Manager to make sure she instructs her team to pay attention to the details when taking orders, as allergies can play a big part with the safety of our guests. If it is easier, you can just e-mail me the details at dturco@hgvc.com.

Thanks.

This hotel is pretty far north on the strip but if u want to be out of the busy part, it's a great choice. If u are not there for a timeshare presentation, they will not approach u for anything. It's really a very nice property, just small compared to other strip hotels. We always book the 1 bdrm suite b/c it has a washer and dryer. The rooms are clean and well equipped. They even give u detergent! Views are not so great b/c of the massive hotel being built across the street right now. However, it is really convenient to everything and it's very easy to get your car in and out. There is a small grocery store on the bottom floor which has just about everything. The rates average about $100 per nite. Valet is very fast. There is no casino here and not much of a lobby. However, they do have a business center if u need a computer or fax etc. The entire property is attractive and clean.

My wife and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with a full kitchen and living room. The unit was near new and in good working order. The view was not much to look at because of some construction going on. We went there on a "timeshare" presentation that was brought to our attention by Hilton. I'll start by saying the sales people were first class all the way. We did not feel pressured except by our own thoughts of buying, which we seriously considered. We did not buy because of timing and we already own a different timeshare.
The room was very nice. The grounds, pool and services were outstanding. If you are a big casino person this may not be the right location for you. It is located on the far North of the strip between the Stratosphere and Circus Circus. The hustle and bustle of the strip is a mile or so down the road. This is an excellent location if your goal is more relaxation with casino mixed in. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: If in a lower floor request a pool view.

This was our second stay and it was great! We had a studio room, and we were able to get a smoking room on our second night. Great to have a microwave and a fridge. My husband lost his phone during the trip, the staff were great, however they were unable to help with the lost and found with the cab companies. Clean rooms, bathrooms are a little on the small side.

As a HH member we did not earn a lot of points for the stay, as this and the new HGV are the only Hilton names now I would have thought you would earn more points!

I didn't like getting the phone calls from the concierge and the spa, I know where you are if I need your help! But thank god they didn't try to sell us Timeshare this time!
