This was a first time visit here, we arrived at about 2pm on a Sunday and upon arrival was told that on Sunday it is a 4pm check-in and had to wait for our room. We wandered around for a while taking photos of some great rock displays! Shortly after we were called and told our room was ready (it was only about 1hr). Getting to our suite we found a good size room, great music ready to play from a wall system, two Tv's (one towards the couch & one towards the bed), a stocked wet bar (pricy) with extras, a soaking tub, walk in shower and a bed to die for! The bed was a down pillow top, down comforter and four down pillows. This room is in the top two that I have ever slept in.

The hotel on the main floor is basic for gaming, things they have to offer and they are a few blocks off the Las Vegas strip.

So in the end it is a great place to sleep but all the things you want from Las Vegas is on the strip so plan on driving.

Got to love the changes at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The Hard Rock has gone all out to create great value and incentives for slot and video poker players. Unlike most casinos The Hard Rock offers an incentive every single day of the week.

The October schedule offer
MO/TU/WE: Play and Eat bonus 300/600 points
TH: Free logo bag 1000 points
FR: Earn points and win cash 6p + 7.30p
SA: 7X/15X multiplier
SU: Play and earn bonus cash 250 point = $5

Their new deal for senior players "Classic Rockers" starts at 45+ and offers 4 senior days weekly Mo-Th with 7X/15X multipliers plus play and earn Coke bonus starting at just 50 points.

All this is in addition to the monthly bonus flier with free Play and food comps.

The beverage service is above standard and you can order high quality liquor unlike many other casinos that will sub your drink for a cheaper brand. The place is always nice and clean. Parking is easy and close to casino. Valet parking is less than 50 yard from the casino floor. Players club employees are super friendly and they rarely have any long lines.

For the Play and Eat bonus and food comps I like to go to Pink Taco, 35 Steak, Mr. Lucky's and Fu the new Chinese restaurant.

This place is definitely my number #1 spot to go gamble. Good luck to all and make sure you get yourself a player's card.

We bought this through a third party booking as part of a vacation package, and the ony reason we did was for the Rehab Pool Party.

After reading the reviews, I had extremely low expectations of the place.

On arrival, the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a corner room which was bigger. I had pre arranged champagne since we were newly engaged, and made a quick double back to make sure he sent it up. HE WAS ALREADY ON THE PHONE ARRANGING IT! I stalled my fiance by saying our room wasnt ready, and I was hungry, so we should grab a drink at the hotel bar.

Room service brought the champagne up super fast, and we checked in!

The room was great! The bed, honestly the most comfortable we had ever had in a hotel! I can say this all honesty becasue we usually stay at Starwood properties, which until now have had the most comfortable beds we had experienced! Yes, even better than the $1250 a night suite in Vieques Puerto Rico, the $450 night room in steamboat or the $450 a night room at the downtown Westin... IT WAS THAT COMFORTABLE.

The room was super clean, and it being saturday, the pool party was in full effect! I mean, even on the 7th floor, our drinks would bump on the table near the window because it was so loud! And trust me, the SUnday Pool party was MUCH MUCH LOUDER!

About that, We didnt stay for peace and quiet, we came to drink, party and have a good time! Monday when we were hungover and couldnt take the loud music? The music at the pool was at a reasonable level and didnt bother us one bit!

The personal care products were great, but I would stay away from the bottled water at the in room snack thing. It cost $8 a bottle for cheap off brand bottle, and cost more than the bottle of airline booze in the mini fridge! at least we KNEW that price!

room service was admirabel, the sheets were clean, the room was well appointed and classy and the shower was awesome! 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone! Be forwarned, the shutle service sucks, it only runs from 8am to 5 pm to and from the fashion show mall, and Mr Luckys restaurant left a lot to be desired.

PS , dress impeccably, and dont buy your tickets to rehab unless its a BIG NAME act that weekend! Why? there are promoters that hang out around the hotel that will give you FREE ticekts to rehab, and since you stay at the hotel, your ticekts are also discounted to $25 each ( if not sold out!)

aslo, drinks at the pool will shock you! a drink is $33 and shots arent much cheaper. MAke sure you find a drink menu before you walk up! The smirnoff drinks are $10 for a single, and there are "deals" on buckets of beers.

Have not been here in a while but they have made a lot of cosmetic changes. Pools are unique with sandy beach option but not too many shade trees. Poker room offered No Limit with a page when a seat was available.
