If you like Shelby cars than this is a dream come true, truly memorable, not a lot of people know about it but the man was a genius with car design and all of them are here.

My husband and I finally were able to visit the Shelby factory and take the tour of the place! We have wanted to see this attraction for many years now and when we found out they moved closer to the strip it was a great opportunity for us!!!! We arrived for their 1:30 tour and our tour guide Jim was extremely informative! He explained so much about the Cobras as well as about the life of Mr Shelby and we enjoyed it very much. The cars were awesome to see and Jim explained so much about each one! If you don't rent a car, as we don't, it is still easy to get to. We took the bus up to Mandalay Bay and from there took a short ride by taxi. A little disappointed in the gift shop because they do not have any postcards of the place and would have loved to send postcards to our friends back home that are car fans! The tours are free and a nice diversion from the hustle and bustle of the strip! (One more thing off our bucket list!!!)

Went to the new heritage centre in Las Vegas, the free tour guide was knowledgeable, articulate and had a good sense of humour. Looking at the cars, old and new was my best experience in Vegas history, present and the future all under one roof. Superb.

Nice display of historic and recent cars. You can see the workshop, where they assemble new Shelby's. Thought the guide was a bit long-winded in his approach, but the tour is free, so you can't beat that. Personally, I would have liked more technical information about the powerplants used, and the various modifications made.
A relatively large souvenir shop with various t-shirts. I was looking for something with a vintage look, but did not find much of that.
This is close to the south end of the strip, and not far from the Premium Outlets either.

I'm not a huge muscle car fan, but I do like a car show, so when we saw this place 2 minutes from town square we decided to check it out.

We luckily arrived just as a tour was starting (10.30 & 1.30 except Sundays) so got to see some of the shop floor. For novelty value it was great, but the actual museum part could have done with some more interpretation. For example I got chatting to a guy who explained the differences between 3 seemingly identical prototypes.

Gift shop is pretty decent if you like that kind of thing - didn't seem too expensive. I'd have happily paid for a more in depth tour, even if it was only talking in more depth about the cars.
