This was our second time staying here......the place hasn't changed since our last visit 7 years ago. And, it's just as I remember it. Beautiful, spacious comfortable suites. Very nice pool area, well maintained. A mid-sized property that makes it feel not nearly as crowded as places on The Strip....or the Las Vegas Hilton right next door. Our 1 BR suite came with fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. Our friends stayed in a single room which is comparable to a Hilton Garden Inn type accommodation (microwave + fridge, no separate living or eating areas).
Access to the monorail was very easy....only a short 5 minute walk away. However, if you plan on using the monorail as your primary transportation to/from The Strip, be prepared for a LOT of walking. All the stations are at the BACK of each resort and you have to traverse the casino and shops of each in order to get to Las Vegas Blvd. We bought a 3-day pass and used the monorail almost exclusively throughout our long weekend.

Room Tip: Ask for high floor if you want a view of the lights on The Strip.....although it's not a direct...

We stayed here day two and three of our trip to visit the vacation suites on the strip-we decided to buy in.

I was impressed number one that this was quiet and smoke free. Too much smoke in Las Vegas for me! I am not a gambler and this hotel didn't have machines either.

Nice little shop to pick up breakfast or snacks....bar by the poolside was nice...a bit pricy though.

I really loved that they apologized for the look of the room it looked fine to me, but apparently it was a bit outdated and they showed models and photos of how it would later look when refurbishing was done this fall. If anything maybe the grout was a bit dirty, but it was an off white grout...cabinetry maybe a bit drab, but really nicely furnished.

Jacuzzi was loud to fill up and there was suggestion to not use after "10?" That seemed a bit early to me.

The rooms were spacious which I love. They had a decent pool area. Two grill near the pool. Full kitchens. Off the strip. This is the perfect place to stay if you have kids. I reserved two one bedroom suites and I got them for less than $500 for the fourth of July weekend. I loved it.

Since we were there for a convention at the convention center, this was a great location for us. The layout of the room was awesome...three girls and no trouble fitting! All three of us could do our make-up in the bathroom together and luggage was not in the way at all! It was great to have so much room. Also just a few minutes walk from the Hilton Monorail station which takes you right to the strip. We were also within walking distance of Bonanza, the largest gift shop in Vegas. Would stay here again, or at least would try for one of the other properties!

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites. Our suite had more space than the two of us really needed, but it helped make us feel right at home there for our four night stay. We visited a local supermarket and made our own meals using the kitchen facilities in our suite. We were also able to keep a stock of fresh clean clothes with the laundry facilities in the suite. There was ample storage space too for clothes and bags. The large bedroom and living room were both very comfortable and well furnished. It was good to return and relax there after hours of seeing the sights of Vegas. We used the open air pool each day and the hot tubs for some more exercise and relaxation. Parking space was always available near the hotel entrance. The best part of all was the great rate for our suite!

We spent one night here before our drive to Phoenix. We had a one bedroom unit and the rate was super cheap. We would have loved to have spent several nights here. Close to tram to go to strip. Very quiet...
