We purchased tickets for this show from one of the half price ticket booths on the strip. I go to comedy clubs fairly often and I don't require that they be clean or PC, but I do expect that there will be actual comedy included somewhere in the evening's programming.
The show consisted of two OK burlesque dances, a host who was probably pushing 90 and seemed to rely mostly on up the rear jokes, (as in, it should be funny if I just refer to it, without an actual joke in there) and one 50 something comedian whose act seemed to consist almost entirely of racism and misogyny. (We didn't really laugh the first time he called the blonde woman in the first row stupid, so he just kept trying that from different angles.) He ended his act by putting on a set of buck teeth and coke bottle glasses and affecting a Chinese accent.
The "VIP" tickets apparently mean that the host asks you where you are from and flails around trying to find something funny to say about it, and you receive a bag of popcorn. Fortunately, we didn't pony up for that. 1 drink minimum, well drinks are nine dollars, a bottle of water or a soda is four.
