I can only compare this Korean buffet to those I had been to in the Maryland-Virginia area. Some of those are really good and I used them as the standard - and I guess that I was spoiled. I thought The Sura BBQ in Vegas would be just like those I was used to - turns out it was disappointing and average. The spread is not quite that expansive for a Korean BBQ that charges $25. The ones in the northern Va. area charge $21 and you get much more variety and higher quality. Sure, at Sura you get beef, chicken and pork that is marinated and you cook it to your taste on your table - I get it that it's the main part of a Korean BBQ. That tasted good and we didn't get sick. However, the sides were luke warm (not cold or hot as they should have been) and there just wasn't enough variety for me. Could have included spinach kimchi (shigumchi), young beansprouts in sesame (sookchunamul), and fried marinated tofu. I'm not trashing the place...just want to see them improve and make it more worth the money. Will be back in a few months or so to check them out again when I visit again. We'll see.

I have had better korean bbq in san fran...
- No Thai Tea, Not enough condiments and sauces to choose from...
- No ice-cream, no proper desert....
- not enough vegetable options to grill...

and i paid around 25$ for this... I m pissed...
The only reason i m giving 3 stars is that the waitress is very very very nice and help us out however we wanted :)

The selection was poor, most of the food names were written in another language and when we asked what they were we got a very vague explanation, we were told and I quote " chicken is here, pork is here, beef is here and there is seafood". My 9 year old could have told us that! We wanted to know WHAT KIND of meats they were as in what they were seasoned with ect. My son couldn't find anything he wanted to eat, I tried the fried rice (which was cold and had an awful taste, I had to spit it in my napkin) and the pork loin which after I cooked it was HORRIBLE! My mother had chicken that she said had no flavor and salad. The price was $22 a person for food that was crap and a very small selection. Not to mention you won't know how much the price is until you get shocked with the bill. We ended up leaving and I had to take my sondd to smash burger so he could have something he would actually eat. Oh and did I mention they have the NERVE to charge $5 if you leave any food on your plate. I can definately say I will NEVER return to this place again!

At this restaurant you pick out what types of meat you want to grill at your own table. All different types of meats are available, Beef brisket sliced wafer thin, sliced rib eye marinated in sauce, pork marinated and plain, chicken marinated, beef ribs available for dinner and different seafood can all be grille at the table. If not experienced with grilling the staff assists with grilling and cutting meats. All the different types of side dishes are available too along with different types of steamed rice. They even have the different porriages to try also. Small salad bar but with all the kimchee and meats available who needs salad.

Delightful and spacious restaurant. Very large selection of meats and seafood to you to grill at your table top gas grill. It's fun to grill your own! Many sides and kim chi sides to choose from. Large room, ample sized booths. STRONG vent fans above each table so no cooking smoke. Attentive servers and clean pleasant atmosphere. Always 1/2 to 3/4 full so popular with locals.
