I stopped by to have a pint and ended up having lunch. Now if you are a solo they put you at the bar to eat and drink no matter what you tell the hostess. I asked for a small table but she would not seat me there. They only give tables to 2 or more. The beer is cold and the bar tender was nice. Eating at he bar is hard and yes uncomfortable but that's all you got if on your own.
I had the fish and chips (small) now bar tender did not ask size just ordered it for me. But it was big and more than enough also had a Ginness Sunday (small). I did ask small there paid full price but it was so worth it.
Total bill was 29.68, for fish/beer/sunday.
But it is really good, they are nice and it is a pub atmosphere.
