“Palms Hotel -Britney loves it why?”
Reviewed October 12, 2004

Wife and I spent two weeks at the Monte Carlo Hotel on the Strip but decided to visit the Palms Hotel where Britney always seems to stay to see if it really matched its 'millionaire' image. Well in our view it does not. It's location well off the Strip means there are few passers-by and the interior decor seems dull and uninteresting. The cafe decor and seating resembles an airport with plain walls, hardwood floors and utility-style furniture. We glimpsed the pool area where Britney is often seen desporting herself but we were unimpressed both by its size and unexciting location. Inside the hotel it is dark and did not seem to have any buzz and compared to other hotels on the Strip it lacked atmosphere. Definitely would not recommend it for either individuals or families though it does seem to provide a few apparently swinging night clubs. Sorry Britney can't see why you would choose this hotel.

Our stay at The Palms was mediocre at best. We are in our twenties and thought we would have a great time, but it didn't live up to the hype at all.
The sheets on the bed had several holes in them and when I told the front desk, they didn't offer to change them. The rooms are very boring compared to other rooms on the Strip. Also, Nine Steakhouse was very over-rated and the service could have been much better
Overall I would not return, there are alot better places to stay in Vegas.
** One positive - the casino was pretty cool
