“Ecletic style with a hint of sophistication!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

This upscale sushi restaurant has some of the freshest fish I have eaten. It's a little expensive, but well worth it. The interior is beautiful and soothing. Not to loud; so it makes a great place for a dinner for two.

“Excellent sushi”

Enjoyed Blue Ribbon again while staying at the Cosmopolitan. It never disappoints. Food was very fresh and beautifully prepared. Very attentive service even while busy in the bar area.

“A very pleasant surprise”
Reviewed November 2, 2013 via mobile

We ate here on our last night. It was a last minute decision and one I don't regret. Of all the Restaurants at Cosmopolitan this was probably the most understated. The food however was superb.

We were served promptly and our waiter was both attentive and knowledgeable. He was also clearly very passionate about the menu.

I had a large Sashimi Sushi platter and it was a work of art. Best Sushi I've had ever. I followed with a Medium Rare Fillet Steak which I was unsure about ordering. I needn't have worried. Having had a steak the night before at "prestigious and renowned" Botero, I'm pleased to say this one put theirs to shame by a country mile. Cooked to perfection it literally melted in my mouth.

I highly recommend trying this place out. My only niggle was that I'd have preferred a table inside.....but it was Labor Day weekend and we just walked up without a reservation so not really the Restaurants fault.

Can't wait to return here on January '14
