Great buffet! Liked it better than others in Vegas. We did the brunch on Saturday and they had many unique dishes that we've never had before on any buffet. For Example: Roasted root vegetables.

Many of the dishes are served in individual pots which are great because you can get just a sample to see if you like it. Then just come back and get more if you like it.

Too many flavours of ice-cream to count - my favourite was peanut butter and jelly. The Omelette bar for breakfast has to be tried.

Am I glad I got comped into this buffet. At $35 I would have been
ticked off to say the least had I paid $70 for my wife and I to dine there.

For $35 you'd better have King Crab legs, not the lesser snow crab.
And speaking of their snow crab legs, they were so old and dried out,
they meat was sticking to the inside of the shell. Once you got it out,
it was dry and flavorless. Their Sushi station was a joke. No fresh
sushi like ,maguro, sake or yellowtail. Just little rolls of california roll,
(with imitation crab), and tuna and vegi rolls. The rest of the stations
had no stellar entrees and the salad and dessert stations were ok, but
again, nothing spectacular.

Add to that the location of the buffet, second floor, and a long long walk from anywhere, and this capped off one terrible dining experience. I love the Aria
in general, but their buffet is truly an over priced shame.
