We came across this location as we looked for food near our hotel. It was a great location located within a shopping district, with multiple vegan friendly rolls to choose from.

Located at the Town Square Mall, Kabuki is frequented by shoppers and young people alike. The place is clean and spacious, the dining area offers a choice of tables or booths, the sushi bar or patio sitting. There's a small bar with low, colorful lounge chairs - very cozy. The menu is very extensive with a lot of choices for those who are not fans of sushi. We skipped the sushi that night. For appetizers, we tried the Mexican Quesadilla which was good. For entree, I ordered one of the signature dishes, the Koshou Beef which was very good! The beef was tender and abundantly seasoned with pepper. It had the spicy taste that I really love. The beef sits on a bed of pilaf rice, with asparagus and shitake mushrooms. My friend had the Mediterranean Sea Bass which was equally good. The salsa mix was spectacular, with a hint of mint and sesame oil. The waitstaff was pretty okay, not really impressed with our server that night. But, the food...absolutely wonderful!

Overall Kabuki is a pretty good sushi restaurant located smack dab in the middle of town square. They have an interesting array of rolls and uniforms alike!

Personally I enjoy the atmosphere and the wait staff more then I do the food which is a rarity for me. (Did that come out right? Oh well.... ) Anyway, that is not to say the food sucks, it's actually pretty good but just well overpriced. Actually more of Town Square priced is the best way to put it.

Check it out during happy hour as they run some pretty good specials.
