My husband and I had limited time to play in Las Vegas. Although we have been to Vegas many times, we had never taken advantage of the double decker bus tours. It was definitely worth the price. We learned so much about the city, including the fact that the "Strip" is not really in Las Vegas. Our tour guide was Eric, and he kept us laughing the entire trip. The bus makes one stop at Fremont Street for an hour, but we hightailed it to the east end of Fremont so we could see the giant mechanical praying mantis that blows fire which is located at the Container Park. The one thing I would tell people is to wait to buy your tickets at the bus. We bought ours online from my phone but couldn't print out the vouchers and had to rebuy the tickets and get refunded from PayPal.

we did the day and night tour. Great way to see all the casinos without doing too much walking. Really enjoyed downtown stop at Freemont Street. The night time tour is awesome. All the neon signs all lit up is a must see for any first time tourist.

We booked this tour through our Virgin rep which actually meant we got to use our ticket for our entire stay. As this was our first visit to Vegas it was a really great way to see all the sights and to travel around. We hopped on/off so this helped us to get around on both the strip and downtown tours. Our favourite tour guide by far was Suzie - very knowledgeable and made our strip trip very interesting, and fun! our driver Terry was able to navigate some very tight spots and always seemed to slow down at the right time for those memorable photos.. We all cheered at Elvis who appeared at the welcome to Vegas sign. Great fun!

We started the tour at Ballys on the 11th of March. It was hard to find the bus stop and we had to ask around more than one person until we found the stop. We reach the stop at around 3:00 PMish. The young man who was at the stop was ver sincere and kind. We took the downtown lane first. The guid was a young girl whom unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was loving her job and did a great tour until we reached circus circus and changed there to the strip tour. We were guided by Julia, a very funny, very good guide. She told us very nice facts about Vegas and its history and how it was operated throughout the days of the Mob. It was a very nice tour.

The only downside of the trip was the fact that some of the downtown lanes were closed and therefore, the route had changed and we did not see all hotels in the downtown area.

We would definitely recommend the big bus tour.
