Owner description: We specialize in small group tours 14 people or less in a Mercedes Sprinter. We go to both the West Rim (Glass Skywalk)and South Rim (Grand Canyon National Park) of the Grand Canyon and give you your own time there. Having done this business for awhile, some do not want the traditional "hold your hand tour" and wish to do as they please. The ride there and back is comfortable in leather reclining seats, USB charging ports and outlets in every row. Avoid the crowded buses, ride in luxury.

This was so much more fun than we could have possibly imagined! Our guide was fun, informative and made it an unforgettable experience. What a nice get-away from the Strip for a few hours. This is an excursion you should not miss!

Red Rock Canyon being just about a 30 min. drive from Las Vegas is a must see attraction. A group of us chose the Viator Tour Company for a 6 hr morning tour which includes a lunch. Viator is organized and the tour guide was very knowledgeable, knowing all the great spots for photographs. He also explained all the vegetation in the area that I would have otherwise just walked passed thinking they were just weeds! Red Rock was very just absolutely stunning in its multiple colours and it was an easy walk so suitable for most. Whether you take a drive there yourself or book with a tour company, you won't be disappointed.

This is a great tour to take for several reasons: (1) the views are stunning, I repeat, you will be in awe at the surreal views; (2) Tom is such a mellow and well-informed guide; (3) Tom also caters the tour based on your needs, so if you want to hike, you'll hike, if you prefer driving, he'll take you around the loop, but hike if you can; (4) the price is inexpensive compared to other activities in and around Las Vegas; (5) the duration is just right, there's no time wasted, it's all about Red Rock Canyon.

Red Rock Canyon was the absolute highlight of our trip! Our guide (Tom) was well prepared, friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. He brought along everything we forgot - coats, poles, water, snacks... everything! He seemed truly passionate about the area, and knew a lot about the trails and mountains. He did a great job of gauging how adventurous the group wanted to be and ensured that those who didn't want to climb to higher heights were well entertained at the bottom.
I absolutely loved this aspect of my trip, and when people ask what I loved about Vegas, this is the clear winner!

We wanted a half day tour and after visiting Trip Advisor this one stood out. The price seemed too good to be true when considering the cost of entertainment in Vegas, but in this case it was a rare bargain.

Tom, our driver and guide was a fantastic guide and spoke with real passion about the area. He was a seasoned pro, guiding us up a rocky outcrop - rock scrambling most of the way. The pace was fine for most fitness levels, but for those who aren't able to move around unaided they may have to enjoy the lower trails on their own, while the rest of the group ventures up to the top. Tom had hiking poles, water and few spare fleece jackets, for those patrons less prepared. Tom also had some healthy snacks for a break once we were at the top.

It's the little things that get me to extend a five star review, the tour company and their staff need to be the best and go the extra mile. A good example was the care with which Tom removed broken glass from the ridge, truly showing consideration for the Red Rock conservation area.

In return for a little more effort than a normal trail walk you get a good workout, great view from the top and some lovely landscape photos. The only minor negative I could think of for this trip is the van, which had sand storm protectors on the windows so no opportunities for photos on the drive.

We would definitely recommend Red Rock to anyone who wants to escape Vegas.

Top tip - Wear walking boots with good grip, if you have them, you don't want a twisted ankle.
