“...not good...”
Reviewed December 14, 2011

Sorry but this just plummeted my Vegas experience.... I liked the fried chicken...but everything was just really lame and cold.

“Great value for the price -- just mediocre food”
Reviewed November 18, 2011

I loved the unlimited beer and wine served at lunch and dinner -- until I was asked to switch from wine to beer because they had run out of wine glasses.

The food was okay. The BBQ dishes were vile, as was the pizza. But the Asian food was good.

“Improved Quality, but Same Selections”
Reviewed November 9, 2011

With the recent change in ownership, the food quality has improved, however the food is the pretty much the same every night (except for seafood nights). it is what it is, though... a buffet- so with slightly lower expectations, it is adequate. Prices were lowered for the month of November, so that was an added bonus!

“Lots of choices, but not much better than High School Cafeteria”
Reviewed October 28, 2011

I visited the Bistro Buffet for both Breakfast and Lunch. Was very disappointed with the food. Fried Calamari was dripping in grease. Hand carved beef roast was very tough and seemed like a very cheap cut of meat. Desserts weren't tasty at all. Most of the food choices were fried foods or starches. One one vegetarian dish: Chinese style Tofu and Mixed vegetables. In the wok sized pan on the buffet there was a total of 4 pieces of tofu in the entire dish. For breakfast homestyle potatoes had a good seasoned flavor but were also extremely greasy. Eggs were from a carton. The watermelon and fruit was fresh which was a big plus. If I had to pick one thing at Bistro Buffet that was above par, it would be their Iced Tea. Doesn't sound like much, but the Iced Tea was dark in color and had a great flavor. Not watered down like most restaurants and tea out of a 'soda fountain.' Breakfast is cheap, Lunch is reasonable, but Dinner is kind of pricey and considering the choices I had seen on the buffet at breakfast and lunch, I would risk the money to eat this food. They really need someone on staff to provide a full selection of food choices, as the choices available were like I was in high school/ eating over cooked, frozen, and bland food.
