“Great surprise”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

We attended a dinner at the chef's table. We were invited by someone else and did not know what to expect. What a treat! When you dine this way there is no menu. The chef chooses your dinner. The staff asks if there are any in the party with food allergies and then from there dinner is served. Be warned that this is a leisure dinner. We arrived at 6 and didn't finish until 9:30. The dishes are anything but ordinary. Started with ground ahi tuna. Next was sea urchin over linguini and the main course was beef over polenta. We meal was finished off with a dessert tray of lemon cake, cannoli and chocolate cake. Everything was delicious. There are a few tables that you can sit at and order for a menu. There is also a deli on site.

“Yummy Authentic Italian!”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

Great atmosphere that is laid back. I loved the Italian food there and it was real and authentic right down to the homemade noodles around the manicotti. I would suggest that you try it out and see for yourself. Yummy!

“Excellent choice off the strips”
Reviewed July 24, 2013 via mobile

Went here with another couple. Drove 10 miles but worth it. Since I rent a car I like to go off the strip restaurants. Great service by the waitresses. Ceaser salad excellent for $9 which serves 2. Mussels appetizer really good. Entrees included chicken parm, linguini with red clam sauce and eggplant parm. Each entre was piping hotmsnd very tasty. Pasta all made in house. Bread served also very good. Entrees range in $17-28 range. Very good food and reasonable.

“Italian food gem off the Strip”
Reviewed July 21, 2013

There are quite a few wonderful Italian restaurants on the Strip where you can enjoy delicious food and pay Strip prices, but for exceptional Italian cuisine with local prices, it is worth the travel time (about 15 minutes from the Strip) to visit Parma restaurant.

Parma is part restaurant, part deli/Italian market ,and part wine lounge. The food is incredibly delicious. Whenever I go I always order the italian greens which is escarole sauteed with olive oil, garlis, prosciutto and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. The greens are offered as an appetizer, but I could eat these an entree they are so good. The pasta dishes are very authentic. i had papardelle with mushrooms which was very tasty. Other items on the menu that are definitely worth a try are the chicken riggies, any pasta with the bolognese sauce and the chicken marsala. The wine selection is excellent and reasonably priced. Don't forget to try the desserts as Parma offers some great Italian pastries. If I'm too full for dessert after dinner, I sometimes will order a couple of pastries to take home with me for the next day.

All in all for delicious Italian food in a casual atmosphere for reasonable prices, venture to Parma, and you won't be disappointed.
