Aussies singing Motown? That part works great! But the band often drowned out the singing; loved when they sang a cappella! Our seats were center behind the console. Stage lights seemed to constantly be shining into our eyes.

I must say, when I bought my ticket to see Human Nature, I only bought the ticket because of my love for the Motown sound. Everytime I heard the advertisement for the concert, I just imagined the music being sung by the orginal Motown singers. I figured these guys would do okay, but would not come close to the sound I know and remember. Well, I was wrong. It took me a little time at the start of the show to get use to seeing these four Austrailians singing these songs. My thought was what the heck do they know about these sounds, the meaning, and the feelings these songs bring back to many in the US who grew up with this sound. Well, I soon learned they new a lot, especially when they sung my favorite Temptations song " MY GIRL". I think I fell in love with the music all over again! What a show! Andrew, Mike, Toby, and Phil. Andrew, thanks for your kind words. Although I was embarressed when you pulled me onto the stage as a guest, I think you brought alive this new butterfly out of her cacoon. You are great. Erica

Loved the show but music way too loud for size of the venue. Unknowingly I got tickets right under the HUGE sound system amplifier and wished I had ear plugs. I usually avoid big concerts because of this very problem, but had no idea this would occur in such a small theater. Seems like the performance would have been just as enjoyable without high volume.

Human Nature are a quartet from Australia, but sing like the Motown groups from the 70's. Great performance and good interaction with the audience.
