Owner description: The newly revised show for 2014 takes Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton to a whole new level. Brian's expert portrayal of Red Skelton has brought to life more pantomimes, skits and one man routines that truly capture Red Skelton's persona. Laugh with Clem Kadiddlehopper, giggle with Gertrude and Heathcliffe, feel the love of Freddy the Freeloader. Add a little "Guzzlers Gin" and you'll be Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton, America's favorite clown prince.

Brian performed at Trilogy in Rio Vista, Ca in April 2013. He performed to a full house of middle-aged people who enjoyed his performance immensely. Not only did he bring back some of the most loved acts of Red, he gave his audience some history about Red that I had not previously known. You can tell that Brian has a desire to keep Red and his type of clean humor alive and well for the next generation. I can highly recommend seeing Brian Hoffman's tribute to Red Skelton. You will be glad that you did.

To have grown up in a time when kindness, respect, and love of country was commonplace was certainly a blessing. Red Skelton epitomized all of that in his gentle manner, his abounding faith and determination to cause laughter without offense. Brian Hoffman's show captures ALL of that about Red and more! What pure delight to laugh out loud and reminisce about times gone by. I would definitely go see his show again!

Although Brian Hoffman is 52 and thus missed Red Skelton in the classic 1950s, his later exposure to Red nonetheless left a deep impression. Brian's show is not just a tribute to Red. He has a genuine respect for Red that is obvious throughout the show and in his conversations with us. This preserves Red's performances and his values while entertaining those of us who enjoyed Red and educating those too young to experience him. Brian's performance is definitely right on the money, with the mannerisms and giggling so familiar to us bringing Red back to life for an afternoon. While there were lots of laughs, it is not just the humor we enjoyed. Brian also emphasizes Red's faith, values, and patriotism, and the biggest response was to this part of the program. In an era that is increasingly all about bashing American values, patriotism, morals, and faith, it is good to be reminded of an American who stood tall for these. Brian really captures the essence of everything that makes Red so great. Excellent work Brian! Written By Jon H in New Mexico

A fellow Hoosier septuaganerian and I saw A Tribute to Red Skelton and loved it. Brian Hoffman did a fantastic job in his tribute---so heart warming. it was quite clear he had done his research and knew his subject well. I can say this because I have a history in Vincennes, Indiana, where Red came from; therefore, many of the places and things he talked about in that time of Red's life were places I had been and things I knew about him from visiting my grandmother.

The show ran the gamut from how Brian decided to do the tribute to the legacy Red has left with many extremely well done vignettes. It was a nostalgic walk down the lane of the life of a great, uncompromising performer.

Thank you for a great afternoon, Pat

We enjoyed Brian Hoffman's 'Remembering Red- A Tribute to Red Skelton'. Anyone growing up in a home where the Red Skelton show was a family together night will sincerely appreciate Brian's performance. He brought back memories of years gone by. He does a truly wonderful job. It is extremely obvious that he has a reverent respect for Red Skelton. This is a show the whole family can enjoy, but is especially great for those of us 'over 45'.
