“A Step Back to the Good Old Days”

Brian Hoffman's Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton
More attraction details
Attraction details
Owner description: The newly revised show for 2014 takes Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton to a whole new level. Brian's expert portrayal of Red Skelton has brought to life more pantomimes, skits and one man routines that truly capture Red Skelton's persona. Laugh with Clem Kadiddlehopper, giggle with Gertrude and Heathcliffe, feel the love of Freddy the Freeloader. Add a little "Guzzlers Gin" and you'll be Remembering Red - A Tribute to Red Skelton, America's favorite clown prince.

“A humorous tribute to be enjoyed by all”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

Brian Hoffman does an excellent job recreating the performance of one of televisions greatest performers. He brings back lots of good memories of the show we used to watch every week. I especially enjoyed the mimes he does (something that Red Skelton excelled in) . He has every detail of Red's show perfected...Very entertaining, very humorous, well worth the price of the ticket.I recommend the vip tickets. A great show in a good clean comfortable theater.

“Ding-a-Ling! Remembering Red and Pure, Clean Comedy!”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

This show is wonderful!! Three of my friends and I went to this show Saturday afternoon and were not disappointed! Brian Hoffman does a great job of reenacting the humor that was Red Skelton! His expressions and comedy combine to take you back to a time when families sat in front of their black and white televisions to enjoy a "family show". Brian Hoffman is a true tribute to the values of Red skelton and reminded us that comedy wasn't always about vulgarity! We laughed for hours before, during, and after the show. My favorites have always been Gertrude and Heathcliff, the seagulls, and I couldn't stop laughing during this segment of the show! The pantomimes were also great! Can't think of a thing to complain about! We met and talked to Brian who was readily available for photos and talking. Thank you, Brian - we'll be back!

“Excellent Red Skelton impersonator”
Reviewed October 22, 2012

For those of us who remember Red, Brian does a brilliant job of recreating the characters Red made so memorable. It was a wonderful afternoon spent going down memory lane. He has an uncanny resemblance to Red and he has his mannerisms down to perfection. Well worth the very reasonable ticket price.

“A GREAT SHOW FOR THOSE WHO REMEMBER THE 60S TV SHOWS”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

There were not very many people in the audience and the venue is a few blocks off The Strip. However, Mr. Hoffman brought back my childhood memories about the Red Skelton show and was faithful to the tv show. You can tell he did his research and he bears a remarkable resemblance to Red Skelton. Mr. Hoffman has an interesting background. He is a retired truck driver who had to retire due to an injury and decided to do something completely different. We met him before and after the performance and he was a perfect gentleman.
