We stayed in a two bedroom suite for five days in May 2018. There is nothing bad to say. The suite was immaculate, it has a mall with shopping and eating right out the door, and you can walk to the major casinos. We looked out over the airport, but there was no noise from it. We'll definitely be going back.

We went for a suite with a kitchen no point it is far more expensive to buy food than it is to just go out and eat. We had a washer/dryer in the bathroom, which to be honest made it good to go home with very little in the way of dirty clothes.
Really good view on the 55 floor but lucky we had a windows that looked in the right direction.
Meant to be a "smart" room. Door bell/light for room service didn't work.
Soundbar complete waste of time had to get it swapped out as not right one/working, and still no sound difference. DVD player wired up as HDMI 3 which meant it couldn't play on projector screen and it was in the bed room so messing about. Both blinds/screens didn't work so had to call for someone to fix the short or wiring in both bedroom and main room. Projector then didn't come on. Had room control on the TV but it was blank with no options so how smart? And hotel charged for WIFI if booking through a third party, how in this year of 2018 is still not standard!!! I am from London and this is almost every where, even Shopping in Supermarkets! So as the TV was not smart couldn't even cast Netflix or Amazon to it from personal devices, hotel idea of entertainment was four DVD machines in the lobby, wow so 90's Blockbuster!! The room was nice laid out, but the carpet was wrong colour and so looked dirty grey, and the canopy's for the blinds/screens looked 20 years old and didn't match the room. In the bedroom two of the drawers wouldnt stay closed so had to watch legs as could walk into them. I had sent advance notice this was my Honeymoon and not even a card in the room wishing us luck!
Security is outstanding have to tap a valid door key to use lifts. And a Starbucks in the lobby.
I would stay again but probably downsize the room.
I think if they ripped out all the carpets in the corridors and rooms it would un age it by 10 years and they really need some type of process for maid service to feed back faults found.
Oh and the safe is the smallest flattest I have ever found in a hotel room so ok for a Ipad standing up but not any thing wide.

Room Tip: Go high the view can be breath taking as large windows

Great place to stay, near the end of the strip. But a lot to do and close by. Staff wonderful and the rooms are amazing. Hilton you have done it again. I only stay mostly at Hiltons and if I return this will be the place to stay.

Room Tip: You won’t be disappointed in any of the rooms.

As a part of Hilton grand Vacation, you already have expectations of the resort to be nice, clean and wonderful staffs. Elara lives up to that expectation. It's located in the Miracle Mile Mall, right next to Planet Hollywood. The resort is decorated in the contemporary style. You can order room service every day for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is available from Friday to Sunday. The only problem we encountered was parking spaces. Elara shares the parking spaces with customers who come to Miracle Mile Mall.
Its location is within walking distance to great attractions and restaurants.

Stayed at the Elara for 5 days. Very nice room, 10 floor, good location just off the strip. We enjoyed the pool and were given a day pool pass on leaving as we had a late night flight. We could change and shower in the gym. The only negative is if you are driving you have to drop off luggage in the parking garage of the Miracle Mile mall. Wouldn't let us drop off at the lower floor where taxi's and buses drop you off.
Other than that we had an excellent stay.

It was a pleasure to have you with us. It appears your time with us was well spent. Our bell team does allow guests to unload their luggage prior to self-parking, I apologize if this option was not offered to you upon arrival. I will review your experience with our bell services team to ensure consistency. I invite you back for an even better experience. I look forward to serving you in the future.
