“Wonderfull room, very modern decor, but lacking on connectivity!!”
Reviewed January 20, 2014

The room was great. I loved the modern decor with hints of Vegas. Water was hot instantaneously. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were big yet un-supportive... one wasn't enough but two was two much. The Wi-Fi was OK at best, but the cell phone service was pitiful!! I'm sure more can be done to get great service in a tower.

Room Tip: Higher the better. North side overlooks parking garage and backside of Planet Hollywood, south side...

On my last stay I was there over a weekend and it was a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised as they did a lot of indoor remodeling to the main lobby area. One thing that really sucks is if you valet your car it's 15 dollars a day. Seriously there's a free parking garage right next door so that is more than a little ridiculous. Anyways the lobby is beautiful and much more functional. All the booths and tables were replaced with lil soft stools in a more contemporary setting. There are also A LOT of staff all over the place. You dont have to wait long for anything. On the busier days (like friday) they have 3 concierge desks and 3 timeshare desks. We stayed from a monday to a friday and for me that was the BEST time to stay if partying is not your thing. We stayed in a 2 bedrm suite and there were 6 of us. Majority of us were girls so tp went a little quicker. We called cause we needed more and he only came up with one. So next time we called we asked for 3. Our room was on the 38th floor which was also different from before. The room decor was in all white. It was beautiful. Upon checkout we checked out bags with the valet boys downstairs until we were done walking around and then came and picked them up there isn't an issue with doing that. Late check out was 12pm. Security at the elevators was also much more organized!

Perfect service from all staff members, super comfortable bed, utmost cleanliness, Elizabeth (concierge) so helpful, right in the middle of The Strip, steps inside away from The Miracle Mile of shops-some of the many reasons why this was a perfect stay for us. This is a non-gaming facility, but Planet Hollywood adjoins for those who wish to visit a casino without having to step outside.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 52nd floor facing the airport and the view of The Strip was incredible by day or ni...

I read the reviews before we left for our trip to Vegas. Me and my husband were very happy our entire trip. The check-in process was simple, there was security every day so I felt safe. The location of the hotel is great and close to the strip. As well as great location for shopping. Our room was clean and the housekeeping staff were great. No one bothered any of personal items. It was very quiet so when we went to bed we didn't have any noise. It was really a perfect stay. Only one problem and that was that our Jacuzzi bath did not work in our room. Other than that it was great. We would stay at this location again while in Vegas. My husband loved the huge projector screen tv. As well as the other 5 TV's throughout our suite. He was able to watch the football games.

An excellent las vegas choice. Good mid strip location. Nice that it is attached to the planet hollywood mall. Room was clean, well appointed. Staff was freindly and helpful. Only concern is the lack of relaible internet service in the rooms...simply unacceptable in 2014!

Luxurious apartment hotel, great for groups. Excellent central location with a mall entrance at the door. Rooms were spacious , extravagant and the kitchens useful if only for the fridge. The 8ft cinema screen tv was a distraction for any sport loving male but at least us girls could go shopping. The giant beds were very comfortable and all areas clean. Free parking in the mall car park .there is a range of up to 4 bedroom apartments available.
Shame the pool area closed ,as is the case all over vegas ,even though us Brits feel it is a summer climate we are not allowed to venture out even to just to sit in the sun from about October onwards. We liked the fact that this is a non gaming hotel because it meant that it was totally smoke free.
