We stayed at Hotel 32 two separate stays in November and December 2013. The first trip we booked a studio through a travel website as their site showed no availability. Upon arrival (at three in the morning) we were assigned a two queen room (for our anniversary trip). I called to the front desk to see if a king was available, and although not available that night, they'd move us the next morning. Well, move us they did and upgraded us to a Loft. What a wonderful room and what wonderful service. We came back a few weeks later and booked the Loft! Thanks for going beyond our expectations!

Room Tip: Go with a Loft or better if you can...I don't know if there's a bad location.

After a search for "hidden gems Las Vegas" I found several posts citing Hotel32 at the top of the Monte Carlo. While the Monte Carlo has never been on my radar, this looked like an awesome deal - limo rides to and from the airport, a VIP lounge, and a "loft" room (which was like a big two-room suite) at a reasonable rate. There are also bigger penthouses, along with regular rooms (with less perques). All rooms have access to dedicated check-in (skip the big lines downstairs) and dedicated "suite assistants" - this is a one-to-two person operation at the center of the floor that functions as Hotel 32's dedicated team of concierges/registration/social support. The suite assistants really enhanced our Vegas experience and made us feel special. Amber and Joel made us feel very welcome and helped us with reserving a poolside daybed (and then cancelling it) as well as giving us advice on activities. Since there are only 50 rooms on the 32nd floor, you usually didn't have to wait long to talk to whoever was on duty at the suite assistant desk. The Loft room was great - updated, techno-cool and plenty of natural light. Comfortable, cool decor. If you have more than two people, the couch is extremely comfortable for a third and even fourth person (we tried a rollaway one night but the couch was better). Great coffee machine in the Lofts that can make espresso, cappuccino and Americano (aka regular) coffee. Ask your bell person to show you how to use it and how to operate the remotes (they look like little laptops attached to brackets on the desk and the bedroom wall). The Loft bathroom is great - deep Jacuzzi tub and super awesome shower (you can read all about the shower in like every review here). BYO bubble bath or buy some in the hotel's bath products shop downstairs. Truffles and turndown service - and the bottled water in your mini bar is free (but not the rest). Stock up on your liquors on the way from the airport -the limo driver will stop for you - give him a tip! There's enough room in the big mini bar to stash your liquor. There is also the VIP lounge at the center of the floor (Hotel 32 is just one floor - the top floor of the Monte Carlo). Be aware - the marketing may lead one to think there are complimentary cocktails and/or a bartender in the Hotel 32 lounge in the evenings. There is not either. The server in the evenings will refill the hors d'oeuvres and sodas/waters. She may ask if you'd like a drink - or not ask - which is charged to your room. She is not a bartender (she'll tell you that) and can't make cocktails. Well, she said she'd try to make a martini if I told her how, and that the last person she made a martini for sent it back. The reference to the martinis on the website needs to be changed (she said they used to have a bartender but not anymore). At breakfast, the server *will* bring you complimentary mimosas (or straight champagne). The food in lounge is great both morning and evening anda good value-add. There was always some type of fruit and dessert/pastry, a hot breakfast item (like baby quiches, breakfast taquitos or croissant breakfast sandwiches) in the morning,as well as smoked salmon one time. Our food in the evenings included items like steak skewers, Asian chicken salad and couscous salad. Very good quality, fresh, well presented, and enough to tide you over for a few hours (really, you can have as much as you'd like - they don't mind). Food choices changed every day. We also brought extra waters back from the lounge (coffee, tea, fruit, water and sodas are there for you all day, 7:00am - 11:00pm) to plan ahead for our late night return. You might want to save a parfait or another treat for your late-night snack. The only major downside of staying at Hotel32, for me, was the pool. It is the Monte Carlo pool. It just isn't that nice. This would have to rank as the lowest score for pool points compared to every other hotel I've stayed at in Vegas - including the Mirage, Wynn, Encore, Trump, Signature by MGM, and Palazzo. The lounge chairs are ugly and uncomfortable; many of them are plastic, stained and scuffed. Pool waitress service is spotty (although the food and beverage menu is decent). The lazy river has potential but it has a lot of kids and people blocking the way, just standing on the sides (so you run into them if you are floating on an inner tube and not paying attention). Tip for the lazy river - you can rent an inner tube for $10/day or $5 after 1:00pm. If you're there for more than one day, you can buy one for $15 in the pool shop and they'll inflate it for you. There is a DJ playing music (tolerable volume) that you may or may not enjoy. Much of the pool area is shaded for half the day (which is good if you like shade - umbrellas are only for the rented daybeds). If you like pool time, the area near the regular pool (to the left when you enter the pool area) has newer lounge chairs, is mostly shaded and more quiet than the wave pool, beach and lazy river areas. Find a waitress (they seem more plentiful after 12:00) and let her know you'll be wanting her to visit you with regularity. Once you're on her radar it should be all good. You can also walk up to the bar for drinks. There's complimentary fruit-infused water near the bar area (get a cup from the bar or your own water bottle if you don't want to use the paper cone cups). Overall, I would return and also recommend Hotel32 unless your big Vegas activity is pool time.

Room Tip: We had a pool view with the mountains in the back. You could also see the front of Aria (along with...

Hotel 32 could have been amazing but it seemed at every opportunity to please, they came up a bit short. Check-in is a little bit of a nightmare as nobody on the ground floor can help you. In order to get to the 32nd floor you need a key so it took some work to finally get up there and checked-in. Upon check-in at 3:00, I was told our room may not be available until 5:00 as check-in is apparently anywhere between 3:00 - 5:00. Although we did get in shortly afterwards, this was a bit annoying as that is late even for Vegas standards. The lounge had free breakfast but really only consisted of yogurt and fruit so I still went downstairs to get some eggs. The free water and coffee available was a definite perk and the rooms were clean and modern. We again had problems when checking out as we called reception to secure a late check out which they gave us until 1:00. We were then told by the girl working the lobby at Hotel32 that reception could not secure a late check out for us and it wouldn't be valid. Hotel 32 and the Monte Carlo need to find a way to blend their services more seemlessly, as it kept resulting in us getting mixed messages.

We went to The Monte Carlo to stay the final night of a weeks vacation travelling around Arizona. Upon check in, we were upgraded to Hotel32 for free! How wonderful this was considering this is where we wanted to be originally. The hotel has a lot of ammentities to offer and we only wish we had more time to enjoy them. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I recentle stayed four nights in one of the Studios at Hotel32 atop the Monte Carlo Casino. This is where I stay exclusively when visiting Las Vegas as Hotel32 consistently delivers superior service and superior quality at a great value.

There is not a bad view from any room and the accomodations are first rate. However, what truly separates Hotel32 from the masses are the people that work there. Whether it is Jeanette, Oscar, or Armando taking care of your needs in the lounge or Joel, Amber, or Sona providing top-notch service at the concierge desk, Hotel32 truly caters to your every need.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone wanting to be treated to an "exclusive" Vegas experience!
