It's like an outdoor musical. The one ship sinking was cool, but for the most part, it just didn't do anything for me and thought it was cheesy.

“Free entertainment”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

This is another one of my favorite "free" things to visit when in Las Vegas. The show is a lot of fun and has changed over the years since Las Vegas has given up on trying to be a "family friendly destination" and gone back to "sin city". I'm always amazed at the number of people who bring small children to Vegas. Very little in Vegas is appropriate for young eyes and if you're strolling the strip there are advertisements for strippers and hookers on passing billboards, flyers thrown on the ground by tourists after the "vendors" who try to force these cards on passers by. Buccaneer Bay is in an area that is MUCH more family friendly than other parts of the strip. The ships are very impressive, authentic looking and make for great pics.

“More girls dancing in raunchy outfits than a pirate show....”
Reviewed September 15, 2012

This was a fun show revolving around highly sexualised dancers and two pirate ships. There were some good special effects and the dancing was well choreographed but it was aimed at a more adult audience than a pirate show might suggest. It's a free show so take a look if you're at that end of the Strip.

“Great fun!”

Went with my sons & their girlfriends. Had a great table right by the window overlooking the bay so terrific view for the pirate show. Food was excellent too. Great place if you want a 'Party Night' out

“Doesn't compare to other Vegas shows”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

We waited ages to see this show, thinking it would be spectacular due to the props and pirate ship etc. There was hardly any room to stand and the show was a complete let down! The story was boring, very sexualised and didn't make sense!

There were a few good stunts and use of props but overall, it wasn't worth stopping to watch! Compared to other free shows it was not up to scratch!
