Checked in Oct 7th, we got to the hotel early, no rooms available (understandable as it was Columbus Day the next day & Canadian Thanksgiving). When we checked in, we made sure we were going to get the room we requested. Sure enough, when they called, they put us in a room with a partial view of the Bellagio Fountains. Make sure you request one with the full view of the fountains otherwise you'll get one with the parking lot. The full view rooms are at a premium even if they are still in the deluxe suite. We got into the room we requested only after our bell man, Glen, had called down and went to fix it for us. He was pretty awesome.

Once we got into the room we wanted, we had to call down for our robes and kitchen ware, which only took another 2 hours to bring up... Other than those mishaps on our first day there, the room was awesome. We thought the kitchenette was pretty useful since most restaurants have pretty large portions that we could bring them back and re-heat for a second meal. Plus having the fridge (as small as it is) was a bonus! Remember to keep a note to ensure housekeeping doesn't take the kitchen ware. IF they do, they replace them with clean ones.

Everything in the room worked, the tub came into use after a long day of walking and our day at the Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam! Totally worth the trip, would highly recommend Pink Jeep Tours! Taking the bus or the Deuce is worth it, passes are only $8 for 24 hours and can purchase at the stops. Save your energy and walking till you get to the mall or outlets if you're doing shopping. Rooms were always clean and we didn't have any issues otherwise, we were able to enjoy our trip until the day of check-out.

On the morning we were supposed to check-out, we called down at 8am as we were told when we checked in to see if we could extend check-out time till later as our flight was a red-eye home. Front desk ensured it was keyed in. I got a very RUDE call at 3pm later that day to ask "you know today is your check-out right ma'am?" - well of course I do, we called down that same day. "Well check-out is 12pm..." - Well that just made me furious. It was my birthday the day we checked out and to have someone so rude after all that has happened, was just the cherry on top. Spoke with the manager immediately. Whoever answered the call in the morning, did not key into the system our extended check-out time. Manager pushed our check-out time until 9pm, which was great, but does not excuse the service we had. The managers have great service, but the rest of the staff needs much more training and communication within the team.

We didn't have a chance to go to the pool since it rained the last 2 days we were there and didn't try the Market Cafe although it looked delicious. We ended up going to Jean Pierre Patisserie in the Bellagio to grab a bite. We also tried the "secret" pizza place at the Cosmopolitan, which was so delicious! Great late night eat. Also try Joe's Seafood (the most amazing seafood and expensive dinner we've had) and Mon Ami Gabi (although they didn't have the banana fosters crepe, the creme brulee was amazing).

I'm not sure that I would return to this hotel if we go back to Vegas in the future.

Room Tip: Request a floor higher than 26 with a FULL view of the Bellagio Fountains. If only I knew this ahead...

In contrast to the majority of the hotels along the strip this hotel does not have a casino and is an oasis away from the maddening crowd. It is has modern sleek lines and unlike other hotels does not feel 'tired'. The rooms are of very high quality and the bathrooms are very large and luxurious. The location is approximately half way along the strip, so excellent for getting around, it also has a walkway through to the Bellagio and is minutes from other hotels with casinos. Room service and on site food and drinks are quite pricey, but the overall experience is value for money. The pool does get very busy, particularly after lunch, therefore I would recommend getting there early afternoon to get a sunbed. Taxi to the hotel from the airport was approx. $25 including tip. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Request a room on a higher floor, we were on the 48th floor and the view was amazing, one of the hig...

Rooms were excellent and great views of Bellagio fountains. Lift access staff were very friendly and the gym was very good. The cafe / shop in reception was really great and it was pleasure to stay there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was extremely large and attractive. The long wall of windows provided a fantastic view that included the Bellagio fountains. The bed was luxurious.

The location was excellent, next to Bellagio. I took the tram to Monte Carlo, where most of my friends were staying. I got a promotional deal on the hotel's website that made my deluxe suite less expensive than a standard room at Monte Carlo. Check in and check out were fast, even at peak times.

The biggest annoyance was that the Wi-Fi didn't work on my iPhone. However, the wired Internet worked for my laptop PC.

Other minor annoyances: I could hear the elevators from my room, although the sound didn't affect my sleep. Also, the blackout blinds didn't completely block out the sunlight.

I stay here when I want a relaxing Vegas trip. It's a great location, but being at the back of the City Center it's a longer walk than you'd expect to get to the strip. The contemporary rooms are nice and my suite was spacious (900+ sqft). The bathroom was great, and I enjoyed the tub. The Spa services are also wonderful.

I love that there's no casino, so no smoke or craziness when you walk in. I can have my fun on the strip (or just walk next door to the Aria) and then come back to a relaxing hotel. That's the biggest perk of this property.
