“Great shops and beautiful atmosphere”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

The courtyard inside has a ceiling that looks just like the sky. The buildings are beautiful and shops are amazing! We happened to be there around 4:30 in the afternoon and there was a free show of Operatic singers and actors in Victorian dress. Very talented and entertaining! The gondola rides are a bit pricey with 10 - 13 minutes for close to $20 per person.

“Great Mall with One Big Flaw”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

This is a review of the shopping center at the Venetian.

The interior is great for what it is, the dining and shopping facilities about as good as one can expect given its aim and size. The gondola ride route is very, very short, but rather beautiful too. The food court is perfect.

The one big flaw we experienced was that we were solicited FOUR times by four different people working at the center with personal questions that were designed to get to us to buy into a 'special offer' to attend a free show in return for our information so we could sign up to buy a condo somewhere in Vegas. Now, this sounds rather silly, but imagine being followed by strangers in business attire who work at the Venetian, and imagine them asking you questions like, "Where are you from?" "Are you married?" "Are you here on vacation?" "How often do you come to Vegas?" etc.

Very disappointing, and not the kind of experience we expected from this place. We certainly hope they put a stop to this nonsense. It seriously gets in the way of people enjoying what is otherwise a fabulous place.

“Expensive”
Reviewed October 25, 2012

The shops at the Venetian are very high scale so if you have a lot of money to spend it is worth the trip!

“Impressive even for a non-shopper”
Reviewed October 20, 2012

My husband (non-shopper) and I (ninja-shopper) both enjoyed walking around this magnificent shopping area. We didn't buy a thing (although I think my hubby may have bought my Christmas giftie there), but had a great time browsing and enjoying the ambiance of this place. This is largely high end shopping, but lots of choices for us mere mortals, too.

“lovely ambience”
Reviewed October 17, 2012

the re creation of Venetian grand canals looks lovely and the gelato tasted great in the beautiful settings when we sat at St Mark's square resting our tired feet and listening to a great music performance around 3.30 pm. the gondolas were taking their rides and the live "statues" added to the ambience
