Afternoon tea with an amazing view...
Teas were fine, sandwiches and cakes were fine.
Service was exceptional. Just wish I had caught the young ladies name so that I could recognise her here... Such a rarity but so important.
Thank you.

This is my second time visit Waldorf Vegas. Last time, my room key inactivated and front desk took an hour still cannot fix it! This year, I decide to give Waldorf second chance, I am glad I got total different experience. Special thanks to front desk specialist Sabrina. She explained to me the hotel accidentally upgrade me from room to suite, which was an error on app, it shouldn’t be happened. After I said it’s fine, basic room is okay, she still honored suite to me and my colleague. She was so kind and sweet made me feel warm when I arrived the hotel.
I also recommend Waldorf spa service and environment. One of the best hotel on strip!
Second time, much better than first time. I will definitely come again!

Had a quick two day biz trip and our host suggested Waldorf Astoria. It was perfect and quiet with an amazing high rise lounge with great view of the city. I don’t gamble or smoke, so really appreciated being on the strip but not overwhelmed by all the Vegas all the time. Added bonus was high end shopping area right next door. We’re already booked to return in November!

I thought I would be ok staying at a hotel without gambling as I really don’t gamble but this resort had almost nothing. Two restaurants. One VERY expensive and the other still pricey for what it is. As a Hilton diamond member I got $50 a day credit. The first day we opted for the breakfast buffet. This is not your typical Vegas buffet. It was tiny, it was more like breakfast at an embassy suites but here it cost $88 for two people after getting a beverage. So much for that $50 credit. We used the credit on some other days for drinks at the sky bar. Great view! Very pricey drinks. Very uptight. We went in one night and the place was empty yet they had a fit when we sat in the chairs by the windows as they “had to make sure they were available “. Another night it was closed all together for a private party so if we wanted a drink we had to go outside the hotel to get one. Very frustrating. The rooms are no different than when they were the mandarin. We had a strip view king. It was nice but tiny. I’ve stayed at Ritz Carlton’s and was in heaven but this Waldorf underwhelmed me. Super quiet hotel. I felt like I was interrupting everyone when we walked through it. I like to spend time in the hotel I’m staying at but it was very hard to do that here. I’ve stayed at many hotels on the strip, the best has been the cosmopolitan in my opinion.
