We have been to Seaworld so I was keeping my expectations pretty low but I was pleasantly surprised and the kids (10,13) enjoyed it as well. We did catch one of the dolphin training shows and because it was near the end of the day, the cats were more active. I always get suckered into the greenscreen background tourist photos and got a great one of the four of us in front of the Las Vegas sign. This place was worth an hour or so of time.

The dolphins seemed well cared for. The educators had absolutely no interest in answering our questions though.. We spent 5 minutes waiting for them while they cajtted about boys..The problem I had was with the big cats. All of them that were awake (no exceptions)
were pacing back and forth back and forth. They truly looked unhappy. It was very sad to see. Other guests were commenting on it as well. The black panther had a giant wound on his leg? area. We could not find anyone to ask as to what the wound was from and what they were doing about it. The girl in the giftshop said she thinks the panther licked it too much.. Which of course is possible however they should have one of their "educators" there to tell the public about it.
My husband and I left feeling very sad for the big cats. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. That being said the Mirage itself is amazing - I would have never expected this on their property.

This experience is in the middle of the Mirage hotel in Vegas, if you are expecting a zoo, you'll be disappointed. Its an ok attraction, thankfully, no dolphin and animal entertainment there are a few dolphins here and a number of big cats. The project appears to have helped the conservation of the white tigers which can only be a good thing. Its not a huge place but its nice to stop off at for a breather. We paid to go in but then bought tickets to the Beetles Love show and got free tickets the day after so we didn't need to have paid but we only found this out after, not to worry still worth visiting. Be warned, the cats will more than likely be asleep due to the heat!

We had a great time! The facility is small but the lions, tigers, panthers, cheetahs, and dolphins certainly are nice to see and you dont have to walk for miles! Great attraction for an hour to hour and half.

If you have an aquarium near your home don't even bother with this subpar attraction. It doesn't do much in terms of entertainment as there are no shows or science as there is very little information about the dolphins here. For the admission price the charge ($14 for hotel guests more for nonguests) it is really weak exhibit. The staff couldn't have less interested in helping either. Save yourself some time find something else to do with your time in Vegas
