“Great Hotel in a great area”

Right in the middle of the strip - great place to stay - great hotel and great restaurants, easy to get around to all of the other hotels, Mon Ami Gabi is a great restaurant located in the front of the hotel

Room Tip: Poolside rooms are a little noisy due to music - while we loved it, may be loud for people who like...

Great location right at the heart of the strip, rooms were clean only downside is the room was a little outdated, and there is no free wifi, guests have to pay for internet access, tv was old.

Buffet is really nice and price is ok

When making reservation, we request a king bed, a quiet room away from elevator, traffic and house keeping room. They gave us a 2-queen bed room and instead a quiet room they gave us a room right next to elevator and house keeping room. Every morning house keeping staffs talk loud in front of our room and we can barely sleep. Come on, it's Vegas. Who likes to be waken up at 8:00 AM. Also, the front desk promised to have a king bed room ready for us and call us the second day. Yet, the phone never ring! We never get the room we reserved!
When I went to concierge desk asking information regarding public transportation, the staff was very impatient and very reluctant to answer my question.
My overall experience with Paris Las Vegas is that if you want friendly service, don't stay there go somewhere else. The only good thing with this hotel is the location. Monorail and bus is just in front of the hotel.

Room Tip: Request the room facing strip, so you can view, right in your room, the music water show across the...

Paris doesn't need any recommendation about the beauty of the hotel interior, comfy beds, cleanliness and overall benefits. There's a big "but" though. The hotel reservation included free wireless internet connection and free Continental Breakfast. First of all, we got a room with a parking lot view, so you may want to ask for a better room at your check-in.

When we arrived at the hotel, we learned that the internet connection applies to only one device and every other device costs another $15. After a small tour, we found out that free wireless is out of question anywhere inside the hotel.

Our worst experience though, was about breakfast. Free breakfast for them means you get a coupon of $18 for 2 persons and you have to go to Bally's (hotel next door) and get in line with about 20-30 other people that are waiting to BUY their "free" breakfast from a hotel coffee house. Of course what you get with a $18 coupon (for 2) is 2 coffees ($3.75 each) and 2 large mafins. You stay in line for at least 1/2 hour to get all that.

So if you're paying for a low budget room, which appears as a super opportunity, you may want to pay attention to those details and ask about those things, before you get there. After all, with $35 per person, you can eat as much as you like at the hotel's buffet. Not a great cost, compared to the high prices of the city in general.

So, as an overall experience, you enjoy staying in a beautiful place, but you leave with a bittersweet feeling.

I am a frequent Las Vegas visitor and have stayed at Paris at least 12 times since they opened in 1999. It has the best location , easy to manuver casino and generally friendly employees. The rooms are normal hotel rooms but, they have great bathrooms and some with great views.
Today's problem is (other than a flat pannel TV) the furniture, fixtures, carpets, walls and every hallway is exactly the same as when it opened in 1999. My wife and I stayed 5 nights over this past New Years and I thought maybe we had just a bad room/floor but, when I stayed again this October 10 thru 15 the floor and room I had were even worse. During the New Years stay the room we had showed mold at the base of the crown molding and I think that even gave the room a "smell". The hallway was dirty, holes in the wall, probably from the cleaning carts and black marks on the walls and doorways probably from the same carts. The room was old, the carpet old , the wallpaper old and everything was banged up from 14 years of use. I will not stay there again until a complete remodel has been done. It is a shame that Caesars can put millions into Link and the former Bills but not a penny into the Paris. If this type of living quarters doesn't bother you it is a great place at the 1st floor level.

Room Tip: Can't make a suggestion as I wouldn't know where to send someone

We absolutely loved everything about Paris! It's right in the heart of all the action on the strip.....you have easy access to all of the major attractions plus the Miracle Mile Shops are nearby as well. We especially loved the atmosphere. It's lively and fun, and it gives you the feeling of actually being in Paris. The food is wonderful, the slots were fun, and we even had some great luck! Another nice thing is how Paris is connected to Bally's through a meandering pathway of shops and eateries. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and spacious, and we had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and the fountains at the Bellagio. We have travelled to Vegas over 40 times and stayed at several properties, but Paris is by far a definite favourite!
