Last time I stayed here was 7 years ago and I really loved it. We just returned from a 4 day stay and I won't be staying here again. Rooms were OK, nothing fancy. They seem old & tired now, compared to 7 years ago. Housekeeping is not up to par, we found stuff in the fridge from the previous guest when we checked in. Most employees were very nice & helpful, but in the evenings they now have girls dancing on the bars - ala the Rio, which cheapens the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is Mon Ami Gabe, their location & outside seating right on the strip across from the Bellagio fountains - can't be beat!!! But you don't need to stay at the hotel to enjoy this restaurant. All in all, disappointing stay. Hope they read all the negative reviews and decide to upgrade.

We are a middle aged couple from the UK, we have visited LV nine times in total and this was our second visit to the Paris having stopped here in June 2010. We chose the hotel for its central location, very good dining options and for what was the super pool area having enjoyed our previous stay. We stayed for 11 nights on this visit.
We stayed in a premium strip view room 23003 with king size bed which was very tired, we both suffered a number of insect bites in the room. This side of the hotel has graet views but the noise from the night club and pool area should also be considered if booking, at weekends the drum and bass music doesn't stop till after 04.00 so if you want to sleep before this consider the reverse side of the hotel. Bathroom was OK with no major issues and maid service was adequate.
The corridors are littered with room service trays and trolleys which stay for days sometimes, dirty glasses used as ashtrays were left for a week in the ice room on a non smoking floor etc.
The pool is still clean and looks good on the surface BUT all the loungers are very dirty and the majority broken and potentially dangerous, If you don't manage to get shade fro a tree there were no parasols available, not acceptable in mid June temperatures. The café du parc at the pool is no longer waiter/waitress service and now only sells pre prepared snacks such as wraps. A wrap was circa $10 which is crazy. Drinks around the pool are now very expensive with a small tin of Blue Moon beer at $8 and a bucket of 5 tins of Coors being $34. The security checks at the pool are non existant so anyone can walk in from the street and it looks like they do !!!. In addition on Thurs to Sunday be prepared for 16hrs of very loud 90s drum and Bass from speakers in the café du parc. In our view the prime reason for stopping at this hotel has been ruined.

We ate at Mon Ami Gabi, The Provençale, The Isle St Louis and Burger brasserie. All the food was of good quality, service was good in all . The only down side being the crazy prices now in place. For Dinner with two courses and a bottle of wine for two people budget a minimum of $150 .........cheapest wine is circa $40, this is a 400% mark up, ridiculous.

Drinks at the bars are now also expensive $26 for two Mojitos as an example. We had great service at the central bar special thanks to the Bar tenders Lilly and Steve..

At Napoleons be prepared for a Mr Grumpy bar tender and the duelling pianist who in our view is objectionable and by rubbishing the musical choices of people who are paying him to play and starting bidding wars for songs ruins the atmosphere.......our view AVOID.

The casino has suffered from the economic recession with numbers of empty tables, far too many 1c machines and numbers of unused $1 machines.

In summary our view is its certainly not a 4 star hotel and it has slipped badly over the last 3 years. Possibly would maybe use the hotel for a weekend if we had not stopped before however we would not stop at this hotel again, Its going down hill fast which is a management issue, most staff other than check in do their best. Check in clerks are possibly on a commission to sell upgrades and some of the practices they use are questionable. Food and service are still quite good so it has positives as well as negatives.

Room tip: Strip side has great views but are very noisy, save $44.80 per night and opt for non strip view.

We were offered an upgrade on arrival, which we took. A suite for $60 more each night.

This is a lively hotel, but with a little bit higher-end crowd than the Planet Hollywood next door. Bally's is connected on the other end of the Paris.

Convention brought us to Vegas, and events there were handled well. Food was good, even at the convention center.

We stayed at Paris Las Vegas because we got the room for free through our airline miles. We stayed in a red room which I understand was an updated room. When we got to the room it was small in comparison to other Las Vegas rooms. The room overall was fairly clean until you got to the bathroom. One of the issues was graffiti on the wall that was crudely cleaned off. The dark brown trim and doors had chipping paint and the red walls had splashes of soap scum on them. The shower had mildew in the grout between the tiles. I would hate to think what a non updated room looks like. The bed was so-so comfortable and the pillows were tiny and very flat. We had to request extra. The staff delivered fairly quickly with no issues.

The hotel itself was fine. The casino floor was small and dark. There are lots of resturant choices and many very good, will review later:)
I would visit this hotel for the resturants, but would not stay here again. There are too many great hotels in this city. I would not settle for this rundown hotel.

Our second stay at the Paris Hotel and we were not disappointed. The rooms are very large, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had booked for a King size and when we arrived there were none available but we were moved the following day. The hotel is so relaxing compared to others so even on a busy night you are not overwhelmed by exceptionally loud music coming at you from all directions. There are great facilities and an abundance of varying dining areas and reasonable prices. We will definitely stay here again.

Room tip: Choose a corner room, they are enormous compared to others
