The best thing about the Paris Las Vegas is the Paris street scene inspired lobby. The restaurants & shops are very authentic & you feel like you could be in Paris. The pool area is also really nice. It's huge and not shaded or over looked by other hotels. The rooms (although clean) & hall ways, unfortunately, are in need of "freshening" up.

No need for a passport welcome to Paris Las Vegas, nice rooms, great beds, pillow top, big towels , Food not great but I don't like Crepes, but if you do WOW!!!!

Service wonderful, music excellent in the club, live bands were fantastic during the week of March 17-20

Shopping not great but didn't go too shop, sadly like all of Vegas prices for basic things are outrageous

Room Tip: Stay on the upper floors, less noise

Super easy check in and check out. Excellent customer service. Room had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and the giant Paris Balloon. Room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Beds were comfy and bathroom was perfect for two people, had two sinks, plenty of counter space and shower had great water pressure. Housekeeping staff was great, room looked and smelled clean each day. Hotel has numerous choices for restaurants. We loved Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast each day and the restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower was divine. Gorgeous views, exceptional food and service was outstanding. Shopping and boutiques galore. Definitely take the ride up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, its worth the money. Great location, so much to see and do within walking distance. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back again.

The hotel and the restaurants are nice. My only bad experience was with a kiosk selling skin care and perfum products. I don't know why they are allowed in there. They came running at me, luring me to the kiosk with promises of "free" facials and products, and then would NOT let me go. I said I was tired, I said no. They practically pushed me into a chair and forced product on me. I know that sounds pathetic, but when I was able to Google the Gratiae products they were pushing, among others, I found many reviews online reporting similar experiences, Lies, outrageous prices, refusals to give refunds or even to talk about it. Stay away from these people, and Paris: get them out of there! They cheapen your hotel.

Stayed at this hotel four nights in mid-March. Was extremely pleased with the bed quality, the room cleanliness, the presence of well-placed chairs and natural light for reading. Bathroom had a shower and a separate tub. There is free wi-fi adjacent to the hotel's elevators at Cafe Madeline, the perfect spot for morning coffee, fruit, and pastries! For tourists, Paris' entry doors open up to all the attractions of the center Strip area. I had a comped room, so the value to me was incomparable!

Room Tip: If you want quiet, ask for a room away from the night club.

My girlfriends and I were quite excited to be staying here for our birthdays, & even more thrilled to get the Red Room, w/ a view of the Tower & a "couch shaped like plumped lips". Much to our disappointment, there are no couches of the sort, even tho it's listed on their website (the manager didn't even know about them). When we tried to explain, we were yelled at by the woman at the concierge (Jayna), called liars, & then she threatened to call security on us, even though we weren't doing anything wrong. The manager apologized, but that was all. No comp, no upgrade, NOTHING. He actually made me ask "what can you do for us", since they'd messed up our reservation so much. We arrived in Vegas at 4pm (check-in time), but didn't get settled into our room until after 7. DO NOT STAY HERE! They will screw you over then claim they're not at fault & won't do anything for your inconvenience.

The location of Paris right on the strip cannot be beat, and the lobby and casino are fine, but I was disappointed by our standard room. The furniture was beat up (a handle on our dresser had fallen off and not been replaced) and the room needed updating (1990s-vintage). Next time, I'll try Bally's next door for half the price.
