Let me start by saying that Marc is brilliant and the show was hilarious and well worth it. However, the organisation is appalling. We were still queuing up outside at 10pm when the show was due to start (after queuing for 1hr 15m). Finally got let in at 10:15pm and as we were general seating we were directed to some seats on the second to back row. Five minutes later we were rather rudely told by an usher that were weren't allowed to sit there and had to move to the back row. Just because we didn't pay extra for VIP seating doesn't mean they have to treat us like second class citizens. We were then seated at the back. Considering we were third in line, our seats at the back ended up being worse than those people who came in at the end. To make things worse my mother's chair had a hole in it as the springs were broken. This was pointed out to as usher who told us we could have a seat in the wings where you could only see the stage from an angle. My mother chose to put up with the broken seat so the rest of the group wouldn't have to suffer. Was going to see another show in Planet Hollywood but if the service is the same then we shall steer clear. All in all a fantastic show spoilt by the way things are run.
