This was the biggest disappointment in the history of Las Vegas restaurants, as this had been on our list for over a year. We came at 3:30 pm on a weekday. We weren't greeted upon entering. We were seated in the corner with a view of nothing, even though plenty of tables with good views of the kitchen were open. We weren't greeted by our waiter, or told anything about the restaurant or food...they just came up and asked "Do you know what you want?" Then they forgot to bring part of our order and we sat there forever...they were waiting for us to leave starring at us, when in reality we were waiting for what we ordered...we were offered free coffee because they forgot. If you're going to spend $350 for dinner for two, you would expect to have good service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Eat here at your own risk.

We went to this restaurant last month as my children are Gordon Ramsay fans.
Food was delicious and great service.
Kids loved the atmosphere although it can be noisy but you are in Hell's Kitchen!
Definitely worth the visit although it is expensive.
