Description: Guests are transported from the City of Sin to the Pacific Rim inside TAO Asian Bistro, a 44,000 square-foot, multi-story “Asian City” housing a restaurant, banquet facilities, lounge and nightclub. Lush velvets and silks, waterfalls and century-old woods and stones accentuate the experience, and the restaurant’s signature 20-foot Buddha watches over every corner of the restaurant while floating peacefully above an infinity pool complete with Japanese koi. Corporate Executive Chef Ralph Scamardella has developed a menu for the 400-seat restaurant by incorporating culinary components from China, Japan and Thailand. Signature dishes include offerings from sea, sky and land including Chilean Sea Bass Satay with Wok Roasted Asparagus, a preparation of Peking Duck that consistently receives accolades, and Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu along with a full sushi bar.

“The experience is worth it!”
Reviewed March 3, 2013 via mobile

We ate at Tao with a larger group of eight. Service was very good. Need to understand that this is very busy restaurant and night club, so if you are looking for an intimate experience, thus would not be it. Menu is authentic Asian. We had a variety of dishes served and everyone was pleased. My husband and I had the Chilean sea bass, wondering done and nicely plated. By dining, we received access to the club as well. We took that in after a show. It was exactly as yiu would expect in Vegas. Crowded and noisy but still had a good time there.

“Great experience!!”
Reviewed February 27, 2013

We absolutely love Tao. We love the atmosphere, music, beautiful people, and the food was the best of our trip. We had a party of 14 people and the service was great. They sat us at a large wonderful table in the middle of the restaurant. Everyone in our group loved their meals. I know there is a lot of talk about how expensive this place is but you know that going in so why talk about it. If you want a cheap meal than I suggest you go elsewhere. Tao is not just the coolest place to eat a late dinner but the food could be some of the best in Vegas. Also they do stamp your hand for club excess after dinner. Nice vibe there also and even better when you get in free.

I've always been a fan of Tao as they have on in NYC where I reside. My fiancee and I had dinner the first night we arrived and it was a great time. However we didn't go to the nightclub, we pretty much just ate and than hit the casino afterwards :)

“Loud, but fun”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

The food is great! The night club was fun. The only negative was the music! It was so loud!!! Yelling into each others ear and still couldn't have a conversation! But, if noise is not an issue, you will have a lot of fun!

“High priced asian food”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

having lived and visited Asia numerous times, the food and food selection was very good. You are paying for the club theme though. Outstanding staff.
