Food was ok, but certainly not worth the price. Dish was first way undercooked and then way overcooked. Atmosphere was ok, but felt a bit too 'theme park-ish" - I know it's Vegas, but other higher end restaurants on the Strip seem to pull it off better. Service was particularly aloof/arrogant - think Eddy Haskell - nice to your face, but very insincere and focused on moving you along. Sheldon Adelson connection didn't help.
