The sashimi was out of this world fresh! The miso black cod was cold upon arrival, the staff quickly took back and it came out incredible!!! Wine list a bit lack luster, so go for saki or beer :) otherwise a complete crowd pleaser ❤️

What a nice surprise! Delicious food, very good wait staff, excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend! The menu is outstanding. Something for everyone, even non-adventurous eaters.

We just finished up a 3 days sales meeting in the Encore hotel last night and decided to eat here with our international sales manager to end off the day. We were staying at the Encore too so it was nice to be able to stay and eat in the lobby area.

We love sushi so we ordered from the sushi selections. We had the Hamachi Chili Plate, which was yellowtail sashimi with cilantro, serano pepper, Yuzu caviar and citrus soy. It was simply delicious!!

We also had the Hamachi Thai Basil Roll, which was filled with yellowtail tuna and spicy Thai basil aioli. We also asked for the roll to be made with brown rice. It was delicious so we ordered another one. The miso soup was excellent too, filled with shimeji mushrooms, seaweed and generous chunks of tofu. The edamame was firm and crisp and moist and was tasty.

The dessert was stunningly beautiful and had fabulous flavour. We had the Ice Kachang which was shaved ice beautifully covered in red beans, coconut ice cream, tropical fruit (mangoes, lychees) and condensed milk. We also had the Thai Crepe which was made with fried roti, condensed milk and coconut ice cream. Absolutely Delicious!!

Service was prompt and efficient, not overly friendly but very efficient. Our waiter stopped on one occasion to ask us if we liked the glass dragon. I told him I thought it was beautiful and that I had already taken a photo of it. He told us that he dragon was made of swaratzcosky crystals a and was worth 1.5 million $'s!

We had to wait for 1/2 hour to get a table for dinner. We understand that they don't take reservations, it is stand by only. It's easy to spend 1/2 an hour in the lobby of the Encore hotel though :). Well worth the wait, we would definitely eat here again.

had a biz dinner here. took forever for the server to come and that was par for the course. I had the sashimi whch was not very good. cut too thick and not enough variety. very pedestrian for the price. My colleagues loved the drunken noodles.
