“booked-up”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 9, 2012

I tried to book a whole week and was told that they were full. Stayed there on Monday. Moved to the Courtyard on Dean Martin for Tuesday night. Come back on Wednesday and they were able to get me to stay thru Friday. The hotel was almsot empty on Wednesday and Thursday night. How come they could not confirmed a reservation two weeks earlier. They reservation systems is mess-up.

Enjoy the NON-SMOKING property. The breakfast is the best, get there before 7AM to avoid the crowds.

The small refrigerator is always a plus.

Room Tip: Park on the south side of the building and ask for a room facing south, high floor.

This is a great choice for a hotel in Las Vegas, especially with small children. It is easy access to get in and out of and you dont have the noise of the casinos. Our room was very quiet and with an infant this is very important. The breakfast was excellent (particularly their donuts!). We also ate dinner twice in the small quiet restaraunt and the wait staff were very accomodating and helpful Front desk and cleaning Staff were also friendly and very accomodating. The only downside to this hotel is distance to the strip with very few cabs that come by. The front desk are wonderful about calling a cab for you, but they don't always show when they say they will.

Fairly standard Embassy faire except for breakfast, which was more meager than most Embassy Suites. Not too far from LV strip or the airport.Lobby was less impressive than most Embassy Suites. Front desk was efficient, but not particularly friendly.

We stayed here for a week for a business conference and it was pretty close to perfect. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms, good free real breakfast, great service, good conference facilities and easy access to the casinos of Las Vegas Blvd.

We really enjoyed the Embassy Suites and would definately come back.

I've stayed at many Embassy Suites, this was the only one I will not stay at again. The rooms are much smaller that other ES hotels that I have been to and not as nice either. Sketchy neighborhood, I had a room in the front with a balcony, got sick one day so I stayed in the room that night. Went out on the balcony several times and saw some "interesting" people walking around, police constantly stopping people and driving by with the lights and sirens on.

The rooms need a serious upgrade. I still don't get how Hilton can justify this hotel being constantly more expensive than the Elara or Hilton Grand Vacation properties. Just doesn't make sense. I'm looking at the Hilton website right now and a suite at the Elara is $10.00 more than the Embassy Suites and a jr suite at Elara is $30.00 cheaper, and you get an awesome view of the strip. The Elara is fabulous, see my review of that hotel.

The staff was the only great thing about this hotel

While I understand the sports market is a great way to fill the hotel especially on a holiday weekend. But why not put them in one area and keep them there. While we are hilton honors and appreciate the top floor every single kid had to ride the elevator up to the 11th floor and yell down to their friends. BTW where the heck are the parents. We stay here a lot and appreciate the amenities but once again chips and salsa just dont cut it at the managers reception when you are a non carb eater. Love the omelettes your cooks do the best in the chain.

The staff was friendly.
The rooms were what you expect for a mid-grade hotel.
They were clean and comfortable with good water pressure in the bathroom and a nice bed.
The breakfast was not as good as I normally get at an Embassy Suites but the staff was nice.
The location makes it easy if you are going to an event at the Hard Rock like we were.
