“Phenomenal!”

For dinner, we decided to dine at the Encore’s 5-star Italian restaurant: Sinatra. We had a 930pm show (Le Reve) and figured 7pm was perfect.

The whole experience was sublime. We sat outside on the small patio next to a fireplace and it was extremely romantic. The waitress was super friendly and gave some great recommendations on food. Along with a bottle of wine (it was a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and I cannot remember the name to save my life, haha!), we were given a basket of bread with a butter and olive oil/cannellini bean emulsion that was to die for!

We split the Caprese (mozzarella di bufala, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, basil) and Polpettine (housemade meatballs with polenta fries) appetizers. Both dishes were perfectly portioned and packed with flavor. They were delectable, especially the bufala mozzarella and polenta. The mozzarella was so fresh and just melted in your mouth. The polenta was perfectly seasoned and crisp on the outside yet smooth on the inside. It was perfect. We then split an appetizer portion of their seasonal special: the truffle pasta.

We then had, once again split, the Merluzzo entrée (pan roasted black cod, beluga lentils, olive oil potato puree and bacon emulsion). The cod is perhaps one of the lightest, flakiest, tastiest yet filling fish dishes I’ve ever had. The beluga lentils were delicious. The ‘olive oil potato puree’ had zero flavor, however when combined with the fish and lentils complimented the dish as a whole perfectly.

For dessert we had the chocolate Sinatra hat with a Jack Daniels pana cotta. The chocolate hat with a chocolate mousse atop a thin chocolate cake slice on a thin, solid oval shaped chocolate disk. The ‘hat’ sat atop a few orange slices and infused the chocolate dish very delicately but noticeably. The pana cotta had no taste of whiskey, but it was extremely delicious. I then enjoyed an affogato (espresso with hazelnut gelato) and it was, again, delicious.

I’ve overused the word delicious but there really is no better word to sum up this whole experience. Impeccable service, delectable food, stunning presentation. It was all around one of the best dining experiences and I will certainly be back!

“Excellent Italian in the Wynn”

For our last night in Las Vegas, we craved a fresh, hearty Italian meal and chose Sinatra for it's good reputation and interesting theme and decor. After a cocktail at the bar, we were led to a nice table looking out to the gardens. The meal that followed was exactly what we wanted. He ordered the Caprese salad and the Agnello (rack of lamb). I ordered the Panzanella con Granchio (crab) followed by Agnolotti stuffed with ricotta and asparagus sauce. The meal was excellent from the fresh assortment of breads to the friendly attentive service. Best meal of the trip and decent value too. Loved it!

Excellent food and service! The restaurant is loud but it makes it more friendly and less "snuffy" like other high end restaurants.

“Laid back atmosphere with class”

We ate here after La Reve show and were not disappointed. We made reservations and did not wait long to be seated. The drink selection was nice and the ambience did not disappoint. The food was slightly overpriced (but remember it's the strip). Had a couple of cocktails and dinner were satisfied. Our waiter was helpful but seemed slightly overwhelmed. Overall nice experience and great place if you enjoy music from 'old blue eyes'.

“AMAZING FOOD, Great Service & Cool and Classy Decor”

We went to Sinatra on Valentine's Day 2014 and it was the best choice we could have made. The food was amazing! My husband said he had the best steak he has ever eaten (and we have eaten at Morton's, Ruth's Chris, Mastro's, etc.). For dessert, we ordered tiramisu. I am usually am not a huge tiramisu fan BUT THIS WAS FABULOUS! It was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten...if not the best! I would go back there again and again just for tiramisu. It was just a wonderful experience all-around. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
