Great location, friendly employees, and you can go to the Paris Casino and buffet down an air-conditioned hall way filled with interesting shops and restaurants. Lots of good machines and tables to play at. Plenty of restrooms and reasonable priced eating places. No need to say anymore, but the key is the location. Also, they usually have a band playing in the club every night that you can hear and see while you are playing in the rear of the casino.

Room Tip: Get the North Tower if possible.

This is our second year at Ballys. We took advice to ask for a complementary upgrade and got one. Our view was fantastic the strip and the fountains lovely. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Ok the hotel is a bit run down but great location and nice staff goes a long way. If we return to Vegas in the future it would Ballys again.

Perfect location, right in the heart of The Strip. You can enter the hotel by the side street for check in and then use the large escalators that are on the Strip.
The rooms are perfect for travelling with a family as they are spacious. Ask for a room that you can see The Bellagio waters from as its a treat to look out your window every night and see the colourful display in the comfort of your room. The casino is plentiful if thats what your after, but if you are travelling with a young family, it is a family friendly hotel. We ate at the small restaurant/deli which was great for a snack or breakfast. The check in area is huge and quite quick to go through.
Very clean hotel and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Room Tip: Ask for larger rooms overlooking Paris hotel that you can see Bellagio waters.

stayed here twice before and now, this place appears to be deteriorating. Carpet is dirty and customer service is poor. This hotel is now "nickeling and diming" their guest by charging resort fees and early check in fees. I've never heard of an early check in fee before. If the hotel has a room ready, why can't they just accommodate the guest. that really put a bad taste in my mouth. The front desk clerk indicated that the hotel just started this practice about 3 months ago. I hope they change it because it's making me not want to come back. I guess it's time to start looking for a new place to stay when I come here to visit.

Hotel is in a great location and the convenience to other prime hotels is easy. Upon reading reviews, we requested the north (remodeled) tower. The rooms are standard and nothing more is to be expected. Valet is efficient but the bell service is terrible. We asked for our bags to be taken but no one showed up. I asked a couple more times yet no one showed up so we took a couple of trips to take our bags to the front desk and then to the room.

Do NOT ask for a room on a pet floor unless you took a pet. Of the two rooms we were given on the pet floor, one smelled like a pet salon while the other smelled like a pet had slept on the bed and they didn't change the sheets. Also, you will hear other people's dogs bark and run around the outside of your door. In one situation, I saw a dog urinate on a door of a room, which was not theirs. I immediately went to the front desk and Gloria was very helpful and understanding with a change for one room. We only had one room changed because one room was a smoking room and the smoking room smell is VERY strong. We were given a disabled room instead of the pet salon.

The motorized beltway to and from the strip does not get turned on so stay on the first level and walk across the valet. It's easier on the tired body. There is a monorail at the back of the property to the Hilton or to MGM and that is helpful.

Room Tip: Do not ask for a pet-friendly room unless you took a pet with you.

Ballys is always good and consistent. Stayed there Labor Day weekend. We Stayed in the north tower in a Queen Suite. Big room, updated lots of space. The pool is good, a bit on the quiet side with a DJ vibe. Mostly Middleaged folks. Nice to have some younger folks there, but heck there off to tao Beach or Xs beach. So you can really have a great time sunning. Not too much eye candy. Recommend you get the 5 for 25 drink value at the pool.

Try NOSH, I've been a ballys a bunch of times and always get the bacon egg and cheese croissant with a cup of coffee $9. you cant beat it.

Room Tip: The hotel is Huge. South tower is closest to the strip with great views of Paris and Bellagio. Nort...

Room was clean. Pool was nice and cool. Jubilee was awesome. Will be staying here many more times. Especially after having an intruder enter our room last time at Excalibur anything could have been better but Bally's went way beyond our expectations.
