We've been to Via Brasil for the rodizio dinner, Sunday Brunch and Happy Hour on several occasions. All of our experiences were delightful and consistent. The place is spotless and don't confuse their Gourmet Appetizer Bar with your typical salad bar or even some of the better buffets on The Strip. This is first class, constantly being attended to by the staff and the food is fresh and amazing!

If you're skeptical, I would try the Happy Hour first--you still have the option of including the appetizer bar and also ordering the rodizio meats by the ounce. The Brazilian cheese rolls alone are worth the trip!

We believe its one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas!

A friend took us to the Via Brasil Steakhouse, on Fort Apache St., in Las Vegas for St. Patrick's Day. We sat in the bar area. Wow...what a classy place, so full of dim, romantic atmosphere, linen tablecloths and napkins. The Servers were friend, professional and very knowledgable. The food was excellent as were the drinks. They have a Happy Hour, I think starting at 4pm. We ARE going back soon - and taking friends. This is a very special place.

This is the 3rd Brazilian Steakhouse I've been to. Nice attentive staff. Amazing salad bar which serves as a complete meal in and of itself, I would have and could have ordered just that at a smaller price but was really in the mood for grilled meats. All was delicious and satisfying. There is such a lovely variety of vegetables, salads, charcuterie, cheeses and even hot foods at the bar, there really is no need to go further. So if you're really there for the meats, go very gently on that salad bar. If you're ordering dessert, expect to pay separately for that. We expected to have that included with the large price. The dessert inflated the final check even further. Overall an enjoyable experience

The wedding reception of our friend's daughter was held in this place and we were so impressed with the food, ambiance and the service, We had a great time, the food were excellent, from the appetizers, to the drinks to the meats. Meats were being brought to your table every second, the fried banana is to die for. Love this place, we will go back again and will highly recommend to our clients and friends.
