This hotel is unique in Las Vegas! Nicely appointed suites, very comfortable fluffy beds, granite countertops, they did it right! When working, this is a great alternative to mundane hotel or staying at a casino. Peace, quiet and lovely. The breakfast is fantastic with great healthy options. This is the only place to stay to feel pampered. The balcony is really nice too.

Room Tip: Ask for a strip view.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was convenient to the strip especially with the shuttle but far enough away that we could relax in the evening and not be in the middle of the "hustle and bustle". The hotel was immaculate. Our room was amazing! We had all of the amenities we needed right in our room. The staff were all great!! And I loved our balcony in the evenings!! Overall we had a great trip!!

Gabriella B, Thank you for your review. I am so glad you had an amazing stay. With all Las Vegas Strip resorts being noisy and full of smoke, it;s nice to be able to come "home" to our property, --Nicole Marshall nmarshall@thmc.biz

Fifth time I have come to Las Vegas this year, and the fifthe time I have at Staybridge Suites. All largely due to the superior customer service they provide. Primarily responsible for this great experience was Blanca, who never fails to make this an enjoyable experience through enthusiastic professional service!!

They say that their are view historical articles left in the USA. Well they should look at the sheets in our room. Grey and ragged they must date from the war of Independence. We were looking forward to our stay but while it ahd its good pints the main feeling is of a tired hotel with a staff who either don't care or are have not been trained. Front desk staff who would answer the phone while serving you, also who did not know how to work the safe system. Towels not being at the pool, Phoning everyday to request items the cleaning staff had forgotten. Good points were that the rooms were nosy proof and the suites a good size. I would stay on the strip next time though as transport was a hassle.

Room Tip: Pool side might be nosey due to airplanes.

I apologize we failed to meet all your expectations on this visit, BobHarris10. We do offer daily shuttle service at set times every hour and I apologize if this did not work in your schedule. Please know you can always let us know if you have linens that are not perfect and we can replace them. As we are an extended stay property, we do not do a full service clean each day but a "light touch" as discussed at check in. I also apologize over the confusion with the safe boxes. I believe you talked to me at the Front Desk and as I normally do not work up there I did need to seek assistance with the procedure. My apologies on this. --Nicole Marshall nmarshall@thmc.biz

We stayed in Vegas for one week at 3 different suites. We used this location to unwind and it is the best for this. Has a suburban community feel - away from the noise, but you can see the strip from the balcony. The kitchen is very large, so great for cooking a family meal! Pool had practically no one in it and it closed at Midnight (rare in LV). Definitely recommend for a business or family trip.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that looks at the Strip. Gives a great view of Mandalay Bay and Luxor.

I've stayed here 3 out of the 4 times I've been to Las Vegas and would never hesitate to recommend it to everyone. Although the strip is exciting and lively, it is nice to get away from the "crazy" a little, but knowing it's still a stones throw away. The staff here are excellent, i really can't fault them at all. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Food is excellent and knowing the odd light evening meal is available during the week is a comfort. In my experience, the majority of people staying here are weekly commuters, small families from out of town and the odd sports team, so it's not too rowdy, but there are always people around. The pool is beautiful, the gym is everything you need whilst away and the facilities in the suites are excellent, brand new recently and kept in fantastic condition. The shuttle to the strip is very handy and staff local knowledge has helped me out many-a-time.

Room Tip: i love the view over to the Mandalay Bay - you can see parts of the strip at night.

From the minute we entered the lobby, Cookie (front desk associate) provided superior service. We work in the hospitality industry and she is a textbook example of genuine hospitality. She provided a level of service with grace, speed, efficiency, humor and appropriate professionalism that rivals anyone we have ever encountered. It would be a dream come true if we could staff a hotel/resort with employees like her.

The hotel was wonderful too (clean, comfortable & convenient), but she made it exceptional.
