If you don't want to stay on the strip, but want the convenience of walking there, this is the place. We stayed in a two bedroom unit. Great set up, huge closets, kitchen stocked with everything you could need to feel at home. Nice little patio off the living area to relax at night. Looks like it our room was just updated in the last year...very nice. We stayed in building #9, which was peaceful. Shuttle service was great and dropped us off at Bally's. They also have additional drop off locations.
Disappointed about the super large bathtub not having any whirlpool jets. Lighting was super poor in the bathroom. Little tiny ants in the kitchen, which can be a problem on the main floor. Don't leave food out on the counter. Our cookies got attacked by the little ants. Not really any major complaints. I liked the stay. Yes, it is a timeshare resort. You can't be upset if they are trying to promote their property and set you up with a presentation. That's their job. I own a timeshare and love the travel opportunities it presents. Didn't have time to listen to their presentation, but would have. Didn't have much to say about the staff, since we were on the run a lot, but everyone we met was so nice. Thanks for a great stay!

Room Tip: We liked building #9.

Stayed for two nights as part of our California Road Trip. We expected airy little apartments based around a swimming pool, and found ourselves in a very dark and somewhat claustrophobic flat on the third floor. The furnishings were very dated and odd, and the arrangement of the flat was also strange- a huge bathroom (with no door!) and a cramped lounge and bedroom. The shuttle to the strip was useful, but overall we were a little disappointed with the accommodation; we would have been better in a hotel for what we needed.

All of our units provide fully furnished kitchens and appliances, balconies, living room and dining room, as well as washer & dryer. We have been renovating our resort and getting very good feedback from our guests on our new unit designs.

We hope that you will come back soon and enjoy them.

Sincerely,
A.

We stayed for a week via RCI exchange in August. I read all the comments for weeks leading up to this and they varied a lot so was a little worried.
First, when we arrived checkin was smooth and friendly and then they sent us to the 'other' desk for the usual timeshare pitch. I never do the prensentations any more (due to a bad experience in the past) but listened patiently to the lady before saying no thankyou. I have never seen a face change like that before. I thought she was going to morph into a werewolf or something and was extremly unhelpful from then.
The apartment itself was great. We had a second floor one near the front and main pool. Only minor complaints were 1. No full length mirror (I could live without it but the wife wanted one) 2. No door seperating the bath and shower from the main bedroom.
Apart from that, no problems at all. Fully equiped even with an eletric kettle, very important to us Brits who need a hot cup of tea.
Walked around the complex and checked out the otherb pools and all seemed nice but we kept with the main one. Didn't use the resturant, expect for Starbucks coffee and eat out for all our evening meals. Also didn't use the shuttle as we had a car there and found it easier to take ouselves places, supermarkets etc.
Great security on site and very friendly too.

All in all, very much enjoyed it.

As a selection for our timeshare this was great! Periodic shuttles to various hotels on the strip leave no need for cabs. Our room was amazing pour bathtub had room enough for 3 ;) Great customer service our whole time there. . Except for one bad PENNY(I'm sure that's her name)

Just the best place we stayed with our children on our whole holiday. We stayed in a well-appointed 2-bedroom villa with a pool just down the back steps. We had our own kitchen and laundry. Having 2 bathrooms was a treat. There were so many little details taken care of; the fully-stocked kitchen even had a veggie peeler when I was looking for one. Extra amenities like slippers, pool towels and a sewing kit were noticed and appreciated. Another reviewer mentioned some bugs and I have no idea what she/he was talking about. We were there in August. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained and air conditioning was great! We did not try the food at the restaurant but instead brought a rotisserie chicken back and cooked some veggies. We kept popsicles in the freezer. What a treat; I have great memories of this place!

Very good location behind Flamingo. Nice units, very clean, friendly staff. Has new restaurant by the pool. Great food not to expensive.
Swimming pool is very nice, there are several smaller pools as well. Free shuttle to the hotel casinos, back and forth. We have stayed at this place 7 times even before it was the Holiday Inn Club.

Everyone we came across and spoke to and worked with at the resort was wonderful. The door men were so great at getting us to where we needed to be, even when the bus company for the airport messed up and didn't pick us up! The fantastic guys at the front got us taken care of and to the airport on time. The concierge got us AWESOME, last minute tickets and took care of all the holding on the phone and everything. We felt like everyone there wanted us to have an amazing time. The pools were clean and there was enough of them around that if we didn't feel like being splashed with kids, we could go to another one and find a quiet, more adult crowd. Maybe adding an "Adults only pool Happy Hour", late at night, would be a great idea?? The room was so great! We had a 2 bdrm suite and it had everything we needed. Although on the website it says that the kitchen includes 'spices'...well, I guess I expected more than salt and pepper...lol. The only thing we didn't care for was the restaurant. This is Vegas people! You need to get a descent chef in there and a descent food supplier. If it costs $12 for a sandwich...it should be a GOOD sandwich. Also, only one girl in the place made an iced latte correctly. People need training. I received 3 bitter, watered down coffee's! And they were $6 each for only a double shot...that is so frustrating to me.
It was a great location to be able to leave "the strip" behind and relax after a long day of Vegas fun.
