“Fabulous staff, Nice property...questionable timeshare salespeople!”
Reviewed January 22, 2013

Staff here was Fabulous!! Can't say enough nice things about them! Eager to help, please and overall, just a great crew! The property itself was nice, the location was great if you are looking for something right off the strip, but easy access and they offer a free shuttle to the strip. I was disappointed that the restaurant/bar on site was being remodeled and since I didnt have a vehicle it was a little inconvenient to get food back to our room and we couldnt get room service. I did attend the timeshare presentation, and for someone who visits Vegas on a regular basis (6-7 times a year or more) and makes at least 6 figures, this MIGHT be a good investment, but not for your average people. Im not sure why I even qualified. So after all the BS and personal stories the salesman tried to convince me that I was a candidate but that I just didnt understand and that I was being narrow-minded! Really? Why didnt he just call me stupid while he was at it?? I completely understand that I can't afford another house payment! And then he tried to get me to put my personal information on a loan application after I already told him i was not interested, and that I was not in any way, shape or form, going to buy into this! Yes, really...he thought i was that stupid. Anyway, i dont recommend doing that presentation, if that is what you are in for...and if you do, be prepared. You have now been forewarned. Its worth the weekend in Vegas I guess. Like I said, the property is nice and the staff....well they are pretty amazing! Just dont expect daily maid service or any kind of room service and we had no restaurant or even bar on site, so that really sucked!

Nice central location just off the Strip but still within walking distance of all amenities. Would recommend. Self catering is your thing then this is for you. On and near all bus routes. We stayed in a two bed unit. They offer a shuttle bus to some of the casinos on the Strip and Downtown areas.

We have stayed here before but this is the first time under the new management. We stayed here as a timeshare trade. The staff has been professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and upgraded. large TVs good kitchen appliances etc. The location couldn't be better one block off Las Vegas Blvd. the timeshare also offers free shuttle to
numerous casinos. The weight and cardiac room both have excellent equipment. The Grounds are an immaculate shape. We would definitely return here if we come back to Las Vegas

the 1 bedroom we stayed in was gorgeously decorated. Exceptional grounds and exercise rooms. This is a really nice place. 10-15 minute walk to Venetian via the back way. Shuttles to the strip are a big plus. I highly recommend this resort. Great place and great location. Only drawback is that you need a car to do food shopping. Otherwise, walk to Sands ave and take the 202 bus to the Vons at Maryland Parkway. The front desk staff is helpful and will print out a Google map how to get there from the resort. Taking the 202 bus was an experience in itself.

Room Tip: rooms near the front will cut down on walking,

We stayed from 31st December 2012 for a week. Was very busy when we arrived and check in took a fair while.

We were in block 13 on the third floor. Was a pain to lug our bags up stairs.

The room was comfortable and had everything you needed including a dish washer, washing machine and dryer. We used the sofa bed and it was easy to pull out and pack up.

The beds were comfortable and the heating worked well. We enjoyed using the fire also.

Didn't use any of the resort buses as we had a car.

Would stay again

HI Las Vegas is located on Koval Ave. which is 10+ min walking distance from the nearest monorail stop. This is a very large apartment complex like compound with around 25 building clusters and pools/courtyards intertwined among the buildings. Good thing there is property shuttle or it will be a long walk from the lobby to the rooms.
The room reminds me of typical StayBridge suites, with kitchen, living room, dining area and bedrooms. The king bed in my room was worn out and in need of replacement. The bathroom fan was not functioning thus made a steamy bathroom for a long time after a hot shower.
Overall, not impressed.

First I want to say I have never given a 5 star review of any resort before this one, and we usually travel 3-5 times a year to some very nice places.

The resort was under construction/renovation the whole time we were there, but we left to explore and were never bothered by noise. The staff were perfect hosts. Management picked the best available people who were really helpful and made us fee at home.

Vegas is not really my kind of town, If you are into Gambeling, Drinking and Ladies of the night, stay elsewhere, this is a family friendly place.

Nice base to explore Vegas, easy to get to and from as you travel around.

I suggest Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, and the Grand Canyon Bus trip as activities. There is a really good restaruant at Red Rock which is out of the ordinary and not that expensive considering.

The Eifel Tower is so cool, we went up twice the week we were here, the Belagio fountains are nice to see too. The M&M movie (free), and the M&M factory (free) were nice.

Probably will go back again after this trip too!

Room Tip: Higher up would be better because I am disabled and need a 1st floor room.
